Technically your comment falls under speculation a spoiler is factual knowledge confirmed by an inside source. With that said I always thought Heather was a confirmed finalist but using the facts you mentioned (assuming spoilers are correct) it does make sense that DeShawn is there in her place because I don't see anyone voting Heather and getting 2nd over Xander.
