I can't wait to watch this season, I'm more excited for this one than the ATL one. The cast is so diverse the only one that I could care less for is Sofia.
I would say Thailand looks the most cheap and over the top. Im happy they used overweight and handicap for the international seasons since there to scared to do it for the US but In kinda hoping they switch countries every US season.
I like the Mexico one so far! The cast has real issues without the semi-forced feeling of Atlanta (which I'm hoping will go away as they settle into being filmed and all that jazz, but that's for another thread).
Dany is a trip hahaha. Kinda *****y, but very entertaining. Diego is an *** but I find him hilarious, lol. And also very attractive... which is weird cause he's 19... and an *******. But HE HAD TO CALL HIS MOM TO ASK HOW TO USE THE DISHWASHER ***** HOW IS THAT NOT FUNNY. Not speaking Spanish or being familiar with Mexican culture, I didn't even know that the term for indigenous could be used in a derogatory manner. So that was interesting for me to learn, and especially how Dany was more offended than Israel. Honestly Israel's background is so interesting to me. I can't wait to see how his interactions with the other roommates play out. He seems like a really unique casting choice, not just because of his background but because of his reserved personality as well. Sofia's such a ***** for her reaction to his entrance *****. Melissa being on the show openly lesbian without being out to her parents is a storyline I've been waiting since 1992 to see! (That *****, that was supposed to be my RW story line! lol). I want to see more of Emilio than just him being an amputee. But so often we see amputees as inspiring, but he seemed to be so dejected and emotional when telling the story of how it happened.
I hope the editing of Atlanta becomes more like Mexico.

The correct way to say indigenous in spanish is indigena.
Indio o India which is the one he used is an slang word that based on my experience most people associated with being a deragoratory word that is link to being uneducated, classless, poor and that white/mestizo people are superior than them.
I dont think it's a huge deal in my country but I know for people in Central America and Mexico depending on the situation they can compared it with the N word.
Bangkok coming through... the only one with the original "This is the true story" opening.
The cast is Zack (the American who speaks Thai), Mei-lee (honestly idk anything about her other than she's my fave *****), Ploy (the boxer with braces), Aomam (the overweight singer who grew up poor), Fifi (the transgender woman), Pao (wheelchair dude with long hair, grew up in a slum), Klong (the guy with the weird haircut who RAPS)
It's very interesting that Zack is coming in as an American. His first interaction with Mei-lee was so funny ***** "Do I not look Thai?" "Well, no. What part of you looks Thai??" And then she thought he was gay ***** she was just dragging him the entire episode. Mei-lee seems freaking crazy ***** like she just be saying whatever comes to her mind. Ploy and her braces came to SLAY. Aomam is the obese girl and I'm very interested in her. I feel like Asians in US reality shows are usually very skinny and attractive so seeing a whole different perspective is great. Pao look like he need a damn shower. But he's the first person in a wheelchair we've had on the show (also, how cute is it that he said that he could tell someone in a wheelchair tested the house before he moved in because everything was accessible!). His drunk driving story is really sad tbh... I wonder why Fifi speaks English half the time... is she from Thailand?? She's kinda extra to the point of being annoying tbh. And she was a **** about the room situation. I thought Pao would come off an ******* when he brought up Fifi being transgender....... but like he really wasn't and she was just... so extra about it, as with everything she did. Like he wasn't insulting her at all, and she had to turn it into a thing. And then she literally kicked him out of the bathroom so she could change... Like girl he's in a wheelchair give him some time! Lawd. Klong was kind of irrelevant and a little cringe, but no offensive. Ploy and Zack are DEF gonna get together and I'm here for the drama of it all. Fifi trying to insert herself as a third wheel was really weird and cringe...
Okay, overall Mexico City and Bangkok both kicked Atlanta's ***. I think part of it too is that those casts had no expectations for what the "Real World" SHOULD be about so they both felt more organic to me.

I don't speak any Spanish so I was going on what the subtitles were saying, lol. If that's the case, then yikes @ Diego using that word but also no one except Dany got offended (even when Israel, who seems like the person who SHOULD be, wasn't offended).
Just watched the Mexico one and Diego really is just a young sheltered rich boy. Dany is *****y but in the fun way. Mafer seems cool. I liked Mel and i wonder how her parents reacted to all of this. Emilio and Israel have cool backgrounds but something just seems like I'm not gonna like them. And I think Sofia is gonna be the one to grow the most.
that dinner scene gave me Skeletons flashbacks lol overall I liked it. Prob will watch the Thai one eventually just didn't wanna watch with subtitles
The Mexico one is really good I love the transgender storyline Dany Melissa and Sofia are those girls period! Sofia is so funny too she had me cackling in subtitles lmaoo
Mexico: It's so ridiculous how Diego and Sofia literally REFUSED to clean. Like, hire a maid whatever, but they literally refused to even clean one thing.
Thailand: I love Mei-lee, that's my *****. I don't understand why Ploy started crying and freaking out after kissing Zack?? Like girl... I thought you was a bad *****. But then again this whole episode is about how Zack the American doesn't understand Thai culture so what do I know. Zack IS kind of an ******* though, even by American standards.

https://www.facebook.com/elmundoreal/videos/2208590862581240/
Im here for the Mexican version and even though I don't speak Spanish the subtitles are not hard to follow. I like Melissa and Mafer the most so far.
They already separated into 2 cliques by the end of the episode.
I am glad I speak spanish because I hate subtitles
