Old-School Cast Member Interviews!

Why didn't Sarah do a challenge? What was she like on Real World? Wish I could watch Philly somewhere.

She was always open to it but it just never fit her schedule...she was in law school then interned then started her career. I spoke to her a handful of times when I was a member at Speakreality..she was really really cool.  I think she was asked for the Duel and Fresh Meat but they conflicted with her schedule.

Listening to the interview now...   gotta give a big ups to the guy interviewing.  He knows his stuff and is comforatable talking to the castmembers.

Question for long time viewers -   did you consider MJ the "lead" on RW Philly? Landon said everyone referred to MJ as the "man" and he distanced himself from the cast then apologized years later for acting that way.

I never considered MJ the lead character,  I always considered Landon to be the top guy. Even after the Real World, I considered Landon the #1...MJ sucked *** on challenges.

Never watched Philly, how was he like in his season? was he like the same as he was in his earlier challenges?

He was chill. The same as the challenge. He had a fling with Shavonda. Philly was one of the more boring seasons. It had 2 gay guys, which was a big thing for the cast and show. But it wasn't an amazing season by any means. They had a cool chick Sarah who would've been fun for challenges.

Wait, is this in regards to Landon or MJ?

Landon. He had a knife incident. It was stupid and it was one drunken night, but other than that he was a nice and very chill dude. He was the cast member who got along win everyone!

Sarah was asked a few times. She was asked for Inferno- good guys vs bad *****.

I always liked Mel. Maybe it was because no one else did and Willie annoyed me.

Basically a Trishelle/RW Jenn/Nany type but she wasn't an all-out ho if that makes sense lmao. Hooked up with MJ a lot and had some drama with Melanie & Willie from what I remember.

I agree 10%! I thought Landon and Sarah were the biggest leads that season.

I did think he was a focus but that season was weird in which they had 2 guys who could've been the lead (MJ & Landon), then 2 gay dudes (Karamo & Willie). They kind of alternated between MJ/Sarah & Landon/Shavonda.

ME TOO.  I'd even consider Sarah the lead over Landon.  I considered MJ and Shavonda pretty even for the 3/4 spot.

I haven't seen RW Philly since it aired though lmao is there anywhere that I could watch that season again?

I think YouTube has it. Me too. Shavonda and MJ were 3-4. Than Melanie and Karamo. Then Willie. Who did nothing he was on that kids show ghost writer!

Hysterical that Landon said that Melanie was never for booked for anything because no one liked her on the season.  It's so true...she was so unlikeable lol

Did Landon ansswer any questions about The Challenge? If so, what?

He was asked once or twice about returning. He was hesistant when answering but pretty much said it would take a lot for him to come back - the environment in general and the incentive with money and the pot being much higher.   He said he hasn't been asked in a while. He wasn't asked for the last 2 though.

Wher can you access the interview?

I think Landon would come back honestly. I mean, he said he had to grow up and has a professional job, but I think if MTV called and said it will only be like a month, maybe like the Champs this season, he'd do it.

nah i dont think the pay is worth it for him

Yeah, the pay wouldn't be worth it. Maybe if they dumped Bananas and started giving Landon some of that cash, he'd do it.

Thanks <3

Like I said before. There's no reason for Landon to return now. MAYBE as a heavy hitter but that's it.

Landon doesn't need to come back. Besides, I don't want dumb casuals putting disrespect on his name and being like "who's Landon?"

Landon coming back would be amazing but I accept he's likely done.  He hasn't done many where it would be ridiculous and it's been 7 years

Landon lives in Denver now Smile

By the way, much love to Drew. He's a great interviewer and has the old school knowledge that makes the questions relevant. Unlike the so called Challenge "superfan" on youtube.

the challenge superfan i blocked her on fb so i dont see her posts in the FB group. ******* pet detective.

She comes off as JEK era fan, which explains why she stans John. I remember Coral made a reference to Julie as "horse faced Mormon" and Ace didn't even get the reference.

Oh wait...that ***** stans Backpack? No, just no.

Bye.

I think she's watched for a while...she knew who Shane was, and was happy to see Trishelle and Alton back on Seasons 2.  She's just probably stupid.

Chile, she has a Devilanzio signed hat, and LOVES with Camila Nakumbayama turns into "Camilanator" so she can quote her word for word verbatim in her recaps.

She also has a gofundme or a patreon or something for people to donate a dollar to her and make her holler, for doing recaps, and join a FB group with alumni. She probably means well.
