Jenna is an idiot, her best friend literally told her not to vote for Amanda and that they need to work together against the UK alliance yet she is still holding the grudge that even Zach has forgotten about
So utterly useless. Give a fresh rookie girl her spot next season & for the foreseeable future.
Jenna is such a flop. She has no business being there if she can't even figure out basic strategy. And it doesn't help she was paired with an equally wallpaper partner who hasn't done 1 thing either.
Ok this was made on the wrong thread but it was funny how Wes was quick to change his vote despite how he been wanting to take out the UK. Kam/Ash must've scared him in that tribunal
I think that Wes had a pretty good feeling he was going to be voting for Amanda and Josh to go in once Jenna chose them. Wes' #1 ally is Hunter, and thus he has a really strong connection to the UK alliance (and is working with them behind closed doors it seems) and seems to be rallying all of the vets to go after the UK alliance while getting the UK alliance to go after the strong vets. You have to admit he is sitting pretty good right now, his steam is strong but not the strongest threat (Paulie/Ninja and Cara/Theo seem to be much stronger on paper) and he has very few people targeting him despite ******* off Bear.

Also it seemed that Wes said that he was burning a vote on Kam/Ash during the initial meeting. I'm surprised that didn't come out in the...whatever this season's equivalent of the Inquisition is.
I don't really get why people are saying Amanda should've gone after Cara. Josh just fought with Ash, and Ash and Kam have been the most underperforming team up there. In anything not physical, Kam and Ash were the obvious choice.

It's because Amanda spent the whole episode after the challenge telling Jenna and the tribunal that she/they should have targeted Cara/Theo but then the minute Amanda could have taken her out herself, she doesnt' do it. If it was personal because Josh fought with Ash, then Amanda had even more reason to call out Cara due to their history (of Cara being terrible).
Kam/Ash might have been mildly the safer choice (though idk how they're considered underperforming when we don't know the order in half the challenges, they did well in two, and only poorly in one), but then Amanda is a bit bark than bite and I guess I expected more out of her because she's usually fearless and a basass *****. The only acceptable thing here is if Amanda let Josh pick completely - I'll accept that since Josh would want to go for Kam + he seems to like Cara because she's connected to Paulie. Amanda is a good partner like that so that reasoning I would get.
jenna was for once actually smartIf she had picked cara and theo , cara would have picked amandaEveryone left would have picked Amanda.Now she didn't make any new enemies.
shhh why u being so loud. u know you can’t talk like that around these folks

That was a long read but my logic was that Cara's #1 targets seem to be Kyle and to a lesser extent Bear. While Cara and Amanda obviously hate each other, they've pretty much left each other alone and are off each other's radars. Kam and Ashley almost put Amanda in and that combined with Ashley and Josh fighting, I think they knew that they were high on Kash's hit list, if not #1.
Anyway, it doesn't really matter. I think any way you spin it if Kash was voted in, they would still pick Josh and Amanda and the matchup would've been the same.
Bear has definitely become one of my new favorites and I am loving his dynamic with Day. Him screaming at the challenge was hilarious and him not even acknowledging Cara's whiny *** made it 100x better.
Super bummed to see Amanda go. As jarring as she came off on rivals 3, she definitely grew to be one of the cast members I looked forward to and somehow her absence from Vendettas felt like a longer time of her off the show than it actually was, which made her return on Final Reckoning perfect. She was always real and I loved that she never backed down. I respect her if she retires, but would definitely love to see her return again.

Really? You actually think that idiot used that pea sized brain of hers? Her choice was strictly personal & it was a stupid one.
Just watched the episode and that elimination was pretty stupid. It was unfair how Kam and Ashley got to go back-to-back. I really hope this isn't the end of Amanda because she's my absolute favorite. Also Kam and Jenna both suck
They had the votes to get Kam and Ash in there I’m just not seeing the logic at all. This is why the UK alliance is outplaying
and everyone is blaming gus/jenna but wes could have made it happen too smh. not that it would have changed anything since i think they would have chosen josh/amanda as well.
- Despite the loss, i was impressed by Amanda & Josh performance on the elimination... they are really close;
- On the other hand, Ash & Kam keep disappointing. Kam have another underwhelming elimination win and Ash is just way too bulky for his own good;
- They have been consistently the weakest team of the ones who are still in the house, which is fun because it shows/proves how stacked is this season;
- Funny how in the beginning of the episode the vets are talking about attacking the UK alliance and in the end both Jenna & Wes voted in Amanda. No wonder why UK are still intact;
- I don't know why but i feel like Wes is lowkey playing both sides,
- Bear is annoying as hell but for some reason i still like him and his mess up behaviour. And his rivalry with Wes is pure gold.

I tried trimming it down because it was getting long sorry lol
I totally get that logic and I still think Amanda is great, I just also think it's a bit weird she argued a lot for targeting Cara/Theo to other people but didn't do it herself. If Amanda knew she was high on Kam/Ash's hit list, then why didn't she argue to Jenna that she should have put them in instead of Cara/Theo.
A lot of us on here complain about how people hardly ever target Cara anymore so she skates to a bunch of finals and Amanda isn't scare of Cara in the least, so it was surprising and disappointing she didn't take a shot. The more I think about it, though, the more I think Amanda was being a good partner and letting Josh decide. That lines up so much more with Amanda's MO than anything else and lines up with your logic as well.

Amanda is all talk, for one. Plus, she hasn't even made a final in 5 tries lol.

Eh, Amanda is not all talk - just in this one particular case, she didn't do what she was advocating for everyone else to do, which was go after Cara/Theo.
And she hasn't made a final mostly because she's extremely loyal to her friends (Ashley). She's shown she's a decent competitor. I'd like to see her on an individual challenge or with a partner that respects her.
Da'Vonne was trying to make a dumb move. Things like that make it hard for me to fully root for her. I don't get why everyone else wouldn't wanna see Paulie and Ninja out either. The whole thing was just dumb. Paulie saying Da'Vonne was the only reason that he hasn't called their name is bullshit. Paulie might not say their name but other people are, so the way I look at it is **** it make those moves.
Oh and Jenna is a ******* idiot. But that's noooo surprise.

If they weren't aligned together then it would be dumb to not throw them in.. but Day and Paulie have an alliance and turning on him midseason, and especially when they don't even have the votes to send them into the elimination, isn't smart. Wes and Paulie are aligned and Dee and Ninja are friends, you know Jenna and Gus are gonna vote for Amanda/Josh.. Bear/Day were outnumbered so whoever they nominated would not have been in danger anyway.. so why make another team mad for no reason.

Yeah plus I'm pretty sure in her last recap she said she overheard Paulie and his group scheming to throw her and Bear in so I'm not understanding her loyalty here...
I think Day’s main goal was to keep up the facade that their alliance was still good. She brought up that conversation between that group because she knew Wes/Dee & Jenna/Gus were working with Paulie and so if she gave in and let Bear nominate them, she knew Paulie/Ninja would be safe. Plus she knew her performance would still make it look believable that she was in with Paulie. I think she was trying to not give them an excuse to actually go for her, so let them strike first and look like they weren’t keeping their word to her. This would make her look good and Paulie the backstabber. I could be wrong though, I’m just going off her “playing chess” comment.

especially because they would have most likely picked Kyle/Mattie so it's a strong team leaving regardless

That could be true and could explain Cara apparently making a snarky comment (that was edited out) before Da'Vonne voted, but then Da'Vonne shouldn't have been overly surprised at it either.
Finally watching last week's episode. lmao at Josh during the argument with Ashley C--he's pathetic. It was a weak play by everyone to vote in Josh/Amanda though--you want to be able to call out that team--never vote them in. Josh and Amanda had no chance against any of those teams IMO
