She was still friends with Johnny eventually but not as close. Hence why she voted in Tyler/Johnny over Kenny/Wes on Rivals. She didn't have a close relationship with bananas the way she used too. They've both said they aren't as close

Paula got cast season after season because she a huge story line on RW key West and was funny on the challenges. She did play it up to be Evelyn's partner? She had NO IDEA then that down the road they would do pairs as Rivals considering they had never done that before.
