yup it's super fake. Cara & Tori have always gotten along since D30. Yeah WOTW2 happened but even Cara has admitted she wasn't herself that season and that was a low for her. I can definitely see them kiss and make up on this and be cool again.
Tori is not going to make up on this season when she's been yelling about the "rivelry" for a while now, she wants the fake drama for the storyline.
I actually like Tori, have since her season of AYTO, but forcing this rivelry with Cara outside the show / on the 39 reunion has been stupid. She (like everyone) is better when she's being authentic and not trying so hard for story (see: USA2).

I don't think Tori is trying to act chill -- I mean, she tried to interject it every opportunity at the 39 reunion and even in the vids where the cast post reunion were just hanging out. There was one that was just them having dinner, Cara said something nice about/to Big T, and Tori kind of jumped on Cara.
Like don't get me wrong, all of that was hilarious to me, but Tori has not chill lately lol.
It may not actually be forced but it doesn't come off natural like Cara/Laurel or Cara/Kaliah did. Tori/Kam felt more legit or even Tori/the smaller girls on DA too.

CT very well could win a hall brawl vs Cory simply by who ability to drag their opponent to have a shorter distance to the bell to negate the faster athlete. Cory is the type to go fast and run through a brick wall. CT would actually use his brain and try to leverage his strength to his advantage. Fessy was even struggling with Nelson. Yall just say stuff to say stuff without even thinking.
