I'm not even surprised, and I see why they would want to bring those people with tons of followers in hopes those younger viewers will watch for them. But still I'm not interested, most of them are probably boring as hell, and probably aren't that interested in the actual competitions, especially a lot of the girls who have big followings just for being hot.
All the ones that would bring in viewers are under 21 pretty much. The others would want a vet check just to get in there and act all uppity for their image and sponsers lol (or they would decline for that very reason)
I'm honestly surprised they haven't asked Tana Mongeau or anyone from her crew

Isnt the Tana girl racist or was dropping N bombs some where?

yeah she's problematic and trashy af. I forgot mtv is on this new wave lol but before that, they gave her two seasons of her own show. But even her friends from the show have decent following and less problematic but trashy
there are so many tik tokers tho it wouldn't be too bad with the right ones, like obviously you side eye it but who cares. there's fitness freaks on there getting millions of viewers.
the annoying popular ones are kids so they obviously can't be on
They have try to get YouTubers on the past but had a hard time then end up with Esther and Ninja that had YouTube channels
Most relevent youtubers probably need over 6 figures for it to be worth losing 2 months of youtube money plus IG ad money, and for some of the girls add on a fat onlyfans paycheck too. If they can't get people from Love Island because they're too expensive I don't know why they think they can go even bigger. Stick to what works, unless they're willing to leave MTV for like Netflix the audience isn't going to grow much over 1Mil
Man CT vs Wes in the first elimination would have been everrrrything. At least we'll get to see them shaking in their boots being voted in before they find out it's individual.
pretty sure this was around the time PR said that Darrell had a "massive target" on his back so his strategic/political game is FIRE for him to avoid this elimination. love to see it
No, it wasn't around that time . I actually stated after Wes elimination when I was told All champs were being target by those that haven't win before. CT and Wes were bigger targets because they are more vocal plus their starting partners being more intimidating since they have win previous shows.
oh. So why did the "All champs' target thing just disappear after like.. Wes went home? They literally gave CT and Darrell the easiest elimination matchups. Even Wes vs. Devin should be an easy matchup for Wes on paper.
Seems like Fessy/Darrell/Leroy/CT had some sort of alliance on the show based on the post season SM stuff
because new deals and alliances were made like on every season?
Ok but that just makes the rookies/non champions idiots just like last season. They should never in a million years had let CT/Darrell get anywhere close to a final let alone just let them pick who they wanted to go up against.
smh I know some good social media people who have said they don't know what the show is but they would do it and they're somewhat known.
but if you never ever heard of the show and just typed in "the challenge mtv" on YouTube, I could see how you would be like wtf on top of the low pay and long filming.
i always laugh at how Derrick K made a modern final (which he proceed to lose to a guy with a broken leg) and the producers still had nothing to give him for camera time or a storyline.
had Nelson not mushed him he would have probably never been shown

Plus, now they are coming for his podcast bag by making their own podcast lmao
They should spend that money in giving the girls pregnancy exams a day before going into filming, making sure that their daily challenges are safe, investing in the cast mental health and making sure some of their new cast members don't have problematic post since I already have been some screenshots regarding that.
They wouldn't have as many DQs Or another Dee situation in the making.
They need to leave these tik tokers and youtube people alone. I'm pretty sure some of them would be decent gets but let's be real. They'd be useless and they wouldn't do much for the ratings anyways The fanbase the show now has is the one they're going to have, they ain't getting anywhere above 1 million no matter what they do.
What they need to do is start getting ************* who can actually comepete, is strategic and can bring the entertainment. And make sure they're not problematic either. We lost the entire WOTW 1 cast by their bullshit. Start really background checking these people and quit worrying about spoilers getting out because there's NOTHING they can do about that.
While you guys are going wild over the tik tok stuff thinking it's random. There is a random person that MTV have an eye on for another project that you guys probably don't know until you Google them and find out their background then realize that at some point you heard about a big scandal involving this person. If this person were to accept the other project, MTV wouldn't think twice before asking this person for the challenge imo

why the hell are they thinking about someone in a scandal-
Big T and Liv makes me think that maybe they should cast more from that shipwrecked show :p
As for youtubers, most of the ones they can afford wont have the biggest following plus theyd want to do episode recaps which might invlove them talking about backstage and unshown things which i imagine the producers wouldnt like. I always wondered if Davonne got in any trouble because of her recaps where she spilled pretty much everything she wanted.
I hate to be that guy but we should've all seen this coming once Viacom and CBS merged. Remember when Survivor and The Amazing Race cast everyday people just like this show used to do? Now 3-5 cast members on every season of those shows are athletes, YouTubers, etc. If someone would've said 15 years ago that by 2020, there would've been former Baseball and Football players on Survivor and YouTubers on The Amazing Race, you would've thought they were crazy.
Bachelorette has their season spoiled every season they don't be doing all that lol
and that guy runs a whole website and podcast capitalizing off them and isn't even anonymous. I wonder why ABC doesn't care
because it's free promotion and creates a lot of engagement. They usually use the possible to promote their show.
Lmaoooo tik tokers

Addison Rae and Bryce Hall for exes 3 confirmed
Can't wait to see the Paul brothers take on the D'Amelio's in bloodlines 2
Ok but that just makes the rookies/non champions idiots just like last season. They should never in a million years had let CT/Darrell get anywhere close to a final let alone just let them pick who they wanted to go up against.
That interview was that producer doing everything she could to not mention CT's name
Also basically confirms Derrick K will never be back sadly
what does Derrick K successfully. quickly...

Trisha paytas and Charli Damelio confirmed for Rivals 4

I was gonna say that tiktok girl who's super fit demi but I just saw sis is 19 years old....
I mean maybe in the old days yea but now that it's all CrossFit and bunkers i can see that turning people off
I'm not sure when exactly Derrick K turned annoying for me but yea he can stay gone.
Mightve been when he crawled up JEK's *******
Plus, now they are coming for his podcast bag by making their own podcast lmao
Drag Backpack.
But honestly alot of people on this show can do that now so..yeah.
