Yea I think people were expecting Kaycee to dominate.. these challenges didn't allow us to really gauge the competition but even what we could see, she was just ok. Who knows how those tribunals would've looked if they had WOTW type challenges this season though..
True. The challenges this season sucked. I can go the rest of my life without seeing another tank and it'd be too soon. They need to get a neutral location where they can do a little bit of everything. Give us an over water challenge with skill, something to do with swimming, a mini final, something like the riot act challenge from Cut Throat, etc. Not the same shit over and over or constant challenges that involve one second of competing and then minutes of standing around.
Rogan and Dee winning last season by never going into elimination, then winning 2 eliminations each this season and both getting 5th will never not be funny.
They've both had odd challenge careers, and definitely not what I would've expected from them when they debuted.
They need to bring back the kill card and double cross or just simply let people pick their opponent.. the relic is important as well.
The double cross was one of the more interesting additions to elims and should come back for sure. It punished those who did poorly on a challenge and still had a dramatic back-stabbing element to it.
I read on twitter once someone say it'd be interesting to see the person already voted into elimination also get a shot at pulling the double cross (like first), and if they pull it, they get to pick who they want but that might be convoluted.
Agreed the relic should be a consistent thing as well. It'll force people to vote for potentially spread their voting around thus causing more drama instead of scapegoating to the same person constantly.
Why won't the spoiler thread load? I wanted to check who eliminates Rogan, but it will not load. I think I remember the spoiler thread saying Bananas eliminated him.

Me too. Probably something like the 2 slowest males during leg 1 have to battle (5 guys and 4 ladies are left now). They'll already likely be exhausted, so I can see it being mental or physical or anything in between.
I definitely agree. Nelson is a beast. Even in a losing effort - which I believe is his first one on one loss. I will say this. I didn’t think much of Rogan before but he earned my respect tonight. That elimination was truly a headbanger and fallin my top 5 eliminations in challenge history.
As for Jenny vs Dee. What the hell was that? Jenny made Dee look like a woman vs a child. That was bad and disappointing given they were considered the top 2 females of the season. It would have been much more interesting w Aneesa vs Jenny in Hall Brawl. Dee is just not elite.
So Rogan gets eliminated in the final now instead of by Bananas? Ugh that makes Bananas' win even more annoying to me knowing that Wes likely threw the elim, Kyle likely beat him, and Jenny beat him and shared the money anyway.

Dee is small, I don't know why people thought she'd be good at hall brawl
I can't stand the Red skull twist because it literally accomplished nothing than having everyone go into an elimination round. It provided much less drama and not even good competition.

same! I was hoping his win against Rogan would be impressive and that would make me feel sort of ok with him winning but knowing the Top2 guys had the easiest elims (against Wes who threw it and Josh) makes me upset.
Pretty cool article and interview with one of The Challenge executive producers here. Also, has a hint of what kind of vibe they're going for next season and how far along in the process they are.

Im too lazy to read all that lol, anybody have the cliff Notes?
" We're getting ready to head to location for season 36 imminently. We're very heavy in development in what our next world and our next season is going to embody. It's definitely something that's going to be forward-thinking, that's fresh and fun "
" There's always things that we could do to take it to the next level and things that I don't want to get into too much because I don't want to give away too many spoilers for season 36. We got a lot of input from fans and [host] T.J. Lavin himself about how we can reimagine the red skull and how we can escalate it and just even kick it up another notch. That's certainly that we're looking at for this coming season, so stay tuned."
Basically the only important things that lady said in the interview

i know some people wasn't a fan of the season but the more i think about it they pretty much had everything right with the way they did WOTW1.
Who in their right mind had issues with WOTW 1? lol

Its Bananas
I'm interested to see how Bananas ends up eliminating Rogan.
If Rogan gets eliminated by Bananas then does someone eliminate Melissa or is she DQ or purged?
dead at the challenge STILL trending in the us at 6am

Wonder if the elim was Kaycee vs Jenny who would've gotten that one

So I would assummed Mel/Rogan get eliminated during the final then Bayleigh dq and then the rest probably like war if the worlds 1.
So this final is one episode and there's only one reunion special ? I love it
2.5 hours?

It could be a typo... no way the reunion is over 2 hours.. what all do they have to talk about with this season?? lol
The finale could be 2.5 hours.. I'm excited about this one because we really don't know anything that went on during the final..
Dee is small, I don't know why people thought she'd be good at hall brawl

Seems like the whole cast threw it for bananas
