When Cory didn't vote for Bananas it made wonder if he figured out Wes/Bananas working together and wanted to get in on that.

If the "rumours" about this season being manufactured for Bananas are true, then I could see Cory being let in on it and told to basically let it happen, along with Nany and obviously Wes, maybe a few others

You would say that. Dude get a life & stay away from the conspiracy theories that help you sleep at night. Bananas won so just except it. Every time he does good people complain & say the game is fixed in his favor. Yet when he gets eliminated early & someone else wins like fat CT, no one says anything about the game being fixed. Makes you wonder why so many people are just being haters because their favorites couldn't get the win. Cory is actually playing a smart game for once & now you are trying to say its not him playing better. He had to be in on the fix? Smh hahaha

Cara Maria and many other people have pretty much confirmed that this season was rigged for him. You should be happy that your favorite player was given a win, but instead you're mad like you always are.

Cara Maria is not reliable source as far as that goes:

1. She wasn't on this season.

2. She is still salty about them dropping her bf. Which it didnt have nothing to do with anything other than  him making his school shooters videos since he was on the cast until he did those videos and testing was happening.

Rigged isn't the right word they play favoritism to the extend of giving people something that would benefit some of their capabilities? Yes, they have done that since the eliminations were introduce on this show but it's up to the person if they come through and get the win. For example Ashley vs Dee elimination was something that benefitted Ashley more than Dee on paper but she wasn't able to put it through. Based on the trailer Dee/Mattie elimination its something that would benefit a smaller person.

We dont know much about Bananas eliminations, but regardless of the setup he came through didnt only win one but two if I remember correctly. Plus, winning the final fair and square even if it was guys that couldn't beat someone like Kyle.

So was the screenshot that Gamer posted a few weeks ago fake? Also, the competition for the guys this season was horrible. No Joss, Leroy, Paulie, Theo, Turbo, or Zach. 6 guys that can absolutely destroy Bananas in an elimination that were on last season but not on this season. We honestly haven't seen a male cast this weak since Rivals III, which was the last time he won.

Nobody have say it was real or fake but I was stating that the person that wrote it isn't reliable when it comes to this because they are biased over being salty over her bf getting dropped.

In my opinion this Male cast wasnt weak at all. Most of the guys on it can give anyone that you mentioned a run for their money. Leroy is only good at physical eliminations he is a flop on everything else/finals, Paulie is always gassing out, Zach isn't that great except for physical eliminations then again CJ outsmart him in one of those and as far as Turbo goes well we haven't seen him in a single elimination to assume that he is going to be good on those. Joss is good but he can only blame himself for having no personality to have storylines to be invited back for this season and Theo well he would have been on if his injury wasnt so fresh doctors didnt allow him to do it.

Who would've Theo replaced if he was on this season?

So are the remaining elimination matchups pretty much confirmed? Or is it possible there will be another Da'vonne (WOTW) situation when we thought she was eliminated earlier than she actually was..

Imma need Jackson michie to come in and take out Johnny and disappear right after

and imma need you to stop smoking crack

Theo coming on next season and winning any way

I mean John was handed a free win on Rivals and was part of the only champ/champ team on Rivals 3 i dont think it's too out there to say production would push things in his favor to win

Theo coming on next season and winning any way

Idk maybe get one of the Male rookie spot and only have 2 guys debut

one eye and still gonna fling. We love to see it

Leroy coming on next season and winning any way

So excited for Zahida Allen's comeback season

Apparently tori thinks she has an easy red skull and loses to jenna. Did she make the tribunal and voluneteer or ask to get voted in

All of sudden we are taking Cara's word for it....interesting.

Bananas gonna get hate no matter what.  He's been getting dragged for years about sucking in eliminations.  Now in order to win the season, you have to win an elimination and it's rigged for him.  And apparently Cara is the truth teller now.  I would be perfectly happy to never see Cara or Paulie again.  But I'm sure they will be cast next season.

Pink rose how do you think they are going to edit the Jordan and Bayleigh fight? It can make bay out to be either crazy or justified and I would hate to angry black women label on her when Jordan is being an *** to bet her...

zahida coming back and flinging laurel in balls in >>

I mean John was handed a free win on Rivals and was part of the only champ/champ team on Rivals 3 i dont think it's too out there to say production would push things in his favor to win

Bananas wasn't the star he was today on Rivals. I don't know the timeline of the Tonya lawsuit but assuming it wasn't relevant at the time, there is no fuxking way MTV would 'rig' it for Johnny and Tyler over Kenny and Wes. Nobody was handed any 'free win' on Rivals, the REAL 'hardest final ever

Having one of the two remaining teams sit at the starting point for over an hour while the other team casually walks their way to victory is not good television.

It can't really be the hardest final ever when the team that won actually finished the final close to an hour slower than the second place team. Handed isn't the right word for his win, more like undeserving and unfair. It'd be like if team USA solved the puzzle last season and won that final after sucking the entire time(and having three of their top four players get purged)

Unless they wanted Wes & Kenny's story to end with them losing(which is possible I guess, Kenny cussing Wes out on the mountain is still pretty memorable), then it was just a poorly designed end to the final

having an hour long lead decreased essentially to nothing isn't having a serious advantage handed to them? lol

Yeah as much as anyone might get enjoyment from the ' stay up all night and then do more shit in the morning', the overnight bit needs to be done away with. It really does make most of the final completely irrelevant. I guess they think casuals like that stuff. I've never cared at all one way or another if they had to stay up, it isn't at all worth the tradeoff of a funky finish.

I mean hardest as in how hard it was to do, especially considering context. Even though the FR final was a dud, the challenge had built a reputation of having way over the top finals by the time WotW aired. They knew what they were in, the Rivals folks didn't as that was a prototype for the type of finals they like to do today. I just went and rewatched it after my last post and it was just as demoralizing as I remember it being. That was a trial run by them and I think there's a reason we haven't seen some of the same concepts used in that final in others since. The amount of, albeit still to this day yummy looking, food they had to wolf down makes the little pieces of gross foods they have to eat  now look like a calkwalk

Its just the rules of the game they were playing. Shitty as it may be you can't discredit the winners every overnight final, nothing was handed to them, they won by the rules of the game.

edit: fair enough. Got me before I could change it

Nobody was handed any 'free win' on Rivals

I-m so happy

They literally handed it to them and everyone knows that. i would've been just as upset if Team USA won on WOTW2 since they tried to do the same thing for good tv

Its the rules though, the same ones that have been used for ever overnight final. The topic at hand for the comment I replied to is production throwing things for Johnny

Whether you think that rule stinks or not is irrelevant. We actually agree on that, but it isn't the point.

you honestly think they don't bend things specifically for Johnny? Yeah they can't force him (or whoever they bend things for) to win, but they can definitely influence the outcome. The Rivals thing is a perfect example of that.

Maybe, I have no way of knowing. Neither does anyone else here. The problem is that a lot of us act as if they do and use it to push narratives.

actually people do. people talk. production, castmembers, crew. and we hear about it. are you new here? what you choose to believe is up to you, but i would consider it sticking your head in the sand if you really think productions' hands are squeaky clean and don't influence the outcomes. they're in the business to make good tv, not to be nice guys

Lol

I mean, there a lot people that believe Joss/Syl actually won FR, but the "rigged" it for Ashley so she could take the money.

Lol

Like it's been shown right in our faces time and again that they rig this show for certain people as they see fit. Like come on now...
