I am curious how does American ninja warrior works? Does the audience member actually get to see them more than once? Do they show stuff of them outside the show?

Not really, just like minute or two minutes of them training or showing their sob story. Basically just like quick way to get to know them 

If it's direct contact like hall brawl or balls in mattie is unbeatable. If it's strength/ leverage then I'd say cara is the only one with a shot

I agree but there is always something said about that as well, so just making sure the energy is consistent

Depending on how far she got, I'd say it can't be more than 10

There is an spinoff? What is it about?

Team Ninja Warrior and its the same kind of course as the main show but the course is run in teams of 3

Cara can't even beat Laurel in anything she wouldn't have a chance to beat Mattie 

Cara might beat Mattie in pole wrestler and thats just it. Mattie would slam her in every other thing.

Ninja looks ripped, she would put up a good fight no matter what the physical elimination is.

Well if I lost in called out a team it wasn’t physical first team I’m callkng out is Kyle and Mattie
