The only ones who are in a contract are the season 15 & 16 girls (maybe season 14 as well but theirs should be ending soon) so the rest are fair game.I also believe if Bravo pulled off Battle of The Network Reality Stars & E! pulled off Kill Reality, MTV should be able to easily do it but they won't of course.
You do realize both of those showers were like 10 years or so ago? Things are a lot different now. Also MTV as a network is struggling so the reason they are adding people from AYTO on The Challenge is so both shows can benefit from each other. They hope people who watch AYTO will start watching The Challenge since people from the show might be on the next season. They hope fans of The Challenge will watch AYTO so they can get to know the possible new rookies. It just doesn't make sense to bring in a random group of girls from a failing reality show.
& that shit is not happening on either front. Ratings have went NOWHERE for either show.
As far the Bravo/E! thing: I know....honestly, it should be easier to do something like that now since it's basically 2 corporations that own everything. I actually think ratings play a bigger part now than they used to. With Bloodlines it worked because it had a certain curiousity to it. Most of us wanted to see how alike or different these people were from their relatives. With some of the people they cast for Real World today and the rejects who make it on AYTO I can understand why they wouldn't want to take the risk. I personally would love to see it but it could definitely knock the show down another notch which they can't afford.

The show is bottom of the barrel at this point. Even with these AYTO people they are going to have to TRY stuff.
