No shade I wouldnt watch this show if it was full of married people with kids at home #JustSayingI think is the time for a new generation of cast members to shine.
Why not? They can be as entertaining as people whom are young and single.
But with that said I do agree with you(to a certain extent) on the new generation..but I want them all to be mainly RW'ers. I don't wanna see a bunch of Non-castmembers taking over this show.

No one ever said the entire cast should consist of people like that
You're also underestimating that they can still bring drama and people do cheat

Because people young and single have more freedom.
That being said, single and young people will only get this show so far. They may cater to a bigger group, but what happens when that group just stops watching? No more Challenges, lmao. I don't see a big deal as to why older and more grounded people can't get on this show.

I agree lol but for a show on MTV its not something that I want to watch. I think they are to mature, unless its someone like Tony.
I think they should just close that chapter and let new people shine. Maybe with one or two surprises from the past like trashelle and kellyanne , but thats it.
You have Real Housewives with multiple children who start drama just for the hell of it. I have no doubt in my mind that married people or people with children can bring it.
Of course, this is if there even is a season 29 because a lot of the casuals already not ******* with the Rivals 3 cast, let alone hardcore fans.

You can't compare Real Housewives to people on the challenge... Completely different environments and target audience.

The target audience for The Challenge is where MTV is and has dropped the ball

The target audience is doing average week after week for bloodlines. #Justsaying

They have more freedom to **** anyone they wanted. That's pretty much it. Anything else can be easily done by taken people.

Not really... I don't see 40 year olds ever wanting to watch a show full of hyper sexual alcoholics competing for money. They're watching shit like Scandel and Mad Men and all that other "sophisticated" shit. They're target audience is fine, they just need better quality promotion.
Robin can stay home smh that stuff she said after the jet engine challenge on exes 1 about how she can only imagine if her kids lost everything and died during a tornado or hurricane, then started tearing up, I was annoyed by that.
Graphik wrote:Bring a nutcase like Robin back & she'll lay all of those doubts to rest.
That would turn me off so bad lol like seeing her act all crazy knowing that she have 2 kids athome, its not appealing to me.
Fr that shit was tragic...
Here is where you can see the different opinions of the target demographic vs the older people. We want to watch ypunger people , while someone like KVM want to watch older vets.
I lean toward wanting younger people but at the same time I wouldn't mind older vets returning(and I really only want a select few to return honestly).

I don't mean like, **** anyone and everyone in sight. I mean, the general meaning of "freedom". They could **** anyone, yes, but young/single people could act the fool and get away with anything. Older people would be just looked at as "immature" if they tried it.

I want a mix. I don't want everyone my age on the show. That's pointless. The key is to watch the older players interact with the newer. Let's stop pretending that the people on the show in their 30s don't add to it. Aneesa & Bananas will likely have the key story lines this seasons along with Cara Maria/Abram. They'll try to sell the rookies trying to take over things but only one will actually do anything. And the ratings, IMO, show the target audience for MTV isn't going to pull in decent ratings--ever.
I love seeing new people. I'd love to watch Jenna, Averey, Nany, Jonna, etc interact with the older cast members. They should have done an Old School/New School season after Seasons and they would have had a group of 8-10 that they could have cast every 2-3 seasons like Aneesa--people that still add to the show.
MTV doesn't care about bringing back old fans of challenge. They want ages about 12-24. They're making the show for them, not the die-hard fans like us.

That wouldn't stop them from doing it. I mean look at Beth. She was in her 30's during her time on the shows and she caused drama with no Problem. And look at Aneesa, she STILL fights with people despite her being older, Backpack's *** is still in this too and barely anyone says anything about them. Same with CT too. Noone said anything about him being "too old" when he was ******* with Anastacia on Rivals 2. Not to mention older people act like fools everyday on TV and noone sees an issue with it. Doubt anyone would care.
I want to watch the Hollywood - Back to New Orleans era with St Thomas and Ex-Plosion thrown in. And Beth.
I think they should ignore Hollywood-St.Thomas (Marie ain't coming back)They should focus on Portland, Skeletons, Ex-Plosion, Vegas 3, and AYTO? as well as their regular vets like Nany and Camila.
That is stupid and way too limiting. None of those seasons should be ignored. And **** AYTO. Then need to be left out of this completly.

They should be ignored because they're either all declining or boring and irrelevant. AYTO? has already brought more to the show then some of the RWlders.
@kvmOkay...but that's why Aneesa and Bananas are brought back.... Like what's your point?
They're not the only two people over 30 that can add to the show. Countless people can. Being young doesn't make you more entertaining or even better looking. This nonsense that people over 30 wouldn't attract younger viewers is utter nonsense.

But like who?...everyone's either fat, declining, or boring.
Its a no brainier to bring back RELEVANT people from AYTO? and to ignore all the washed up, desperate oldies wanting to return to a show centered on drinking, having sex, and acting like trash.
