I like Wes. He's not as good as he once was, but he's an interesting character on the show and he always brings the good kind of drama. Not petty, drunken name-calling. It's sad to him and Nany go. I was kind of over her for the most of this challenge, but she grew on me towards the end. What Nicole did wasn't cool, but I understand why she did it. The fact that Nany didn't get physical is testament to how loyal she is. She has a good heart, but having a good heart doesn't win you money. I feel like her only real chance at winning was on Seasons, and maybe Exes 2. It's sad that her challenge career is tainted with Bananas' rotten stink. I hope this isn't the last we see of her. I know she said she's retiring, but if given the right format, I feel like she would come back. Maybe Seasons or Cutthroat. Something team oriented where she doesn't have to stress herself out. I would be a human train-wreck, too, if my ex and blood relative betrayed me on the same season. I honestly just feel bad for her. Wes, on the other hand, I feel like he hasn't taken these shows very seriously since FM2. Which is fine. People hate on cast members for taking the show too seriously, so you're ****** if you do and ****** if you don't. He clearly wasn't trying in this elimination. Say what you want, we all know Wes is a better competitor than Dario. I would go so far as to say Nicole is a better competitor than Dario. Muscles and bravado don't make a winner. As far as I'm concerned, he's in the same league and Tyrie, Dunbar and Danny.
First you guys need to stop look at this show like it's real life because after lawsuit this show got edited so hard. Producers tried to bring new and strong players with BOTS2 but most of them quit/retired from the show or flopped like lame *** of a person called Zach, so they decided to stick with Wes/Johnny rivalry and CT (Diem death is reason why he is not back yet), plus others went on Johnny side after they failed to beat him (it's easier to beat him in final then through elimination). I bet 70% ot 80% of the show is staged because most of them speak and hang out outside of the show. I bet this final twist is 100% staged, because from what i read on this forum Johnny split his Island and Exis 1 money with Paula and Mark, so they made this "rivalry" even bigger so they can make more money from it. This season new cast members are shit; Devin is trying so hard to be next Wes/Johnny, but he forgot that he needs to perform because being ******* will not win him challenges, Cheyenne missed the show, she needs to stick with AYTO (fake love show), Corey needs to stop play on both sides coz he will crash like this season (he is NOT Landon on FM2), etc. If Wes came to compete and not play politics he would be in finale because Johny numbers crashed with Leroy DQ and Johnn Reilly was ********* and had bad partner, and Tony/Camila alcohol problems (they need to look at Dan who saw what alcohol did to him se he stopped drinking, sad they stopped casting him coz of that). I would love to see Vince solo on the challege but we all need to know he already has numbers in people tnx to cousin so he can go far, only CT and Cara (Jamie) can destroy those numbers easily because they compete first and then play politics if it's needed.
From partners side of view Wes and Johnny almost always had equal partners, difference is Johnny had good communication with them and Wes didn't.
After RW Portland I almost don't see any good cast members from RW to bring into challenge coz they are all drama related and not competitors, AYTO is not challenge material so stop casting them.
And if Johnny is called Backpack, why Wes doesn't have nickname. As I remember Big Easy crushed him and used his head to ring the bell.

Dario easily could have punched tiny little wes to the side too, he didn't try to slow him down either. It would have been interesting seeing Dario vs wes and nany vs Nicole getting physical.I doubt they threw it , They lost fair and square in my opinion. It came down which team did it faster.
I agree. Dario was obviously faster than Wes and Nicole is tinier than Nany so it was easier for her to crawl through. I also think both teams knew that physical contact wouldn't really do much, it honestly would've slowed both people down just the same.

Sad to see Nany/Wes go. It definitely didn't seem like either one gave it their all. It seems like they were over this season.. Nany saying they don't have chemistry made sense because they didn't perform very well together. I still love them both though.

He's not going to do anything to push his body to the limit. He isn't used to max effort physical exertion anymore because he doesn't workout. Dario was a lot more hungry to win and it showed. Nany's head definitely wasn't in the right place. She was probably still flustered that Nicole but them in a position to go against each other. Nany was the key to winning this elimination but she played emotionally and let Nicole go by her without a fight. Nany could have dragged her little *** backwards if she wanted to. So we didn't see the best from Wes/Nany but I don't think they were trying to lose.
I enjoyed this episode's challenge and I'm sure the elimination could have been cool with two non-related teams.

I finally went from feeling neutral about Cheyenne to liking her this episode. There is not nearly enough character developement on AYTO because there are WAY too many of them per season. And in the little time they have you never really hear about their pasts on AYTO anyway (imo), the plot is predominantly them experiencing rushed, fake romances which is really hard for me to get into or care about. Like Tony said to Amanda, they are on an elaborate vacation with fun activities with a bigger group of people (more likely that you will have at least one friend to make the time there easier) and not experiencing the same stressors that someone in a RW house would like work.
Had Cheyenne been on the RW (which I think she and plenty of other AYTO'ers would have been fine on) we would have known her back story and liked her (or at least had an opinion about her) from the getgo. Instead you have to watch like half a season of the challenge to even understand who these new people are.
I took zach saying Brooke as he knew it was Jenna and her asking "do you know who this is" annoyed him.
wes barely said a word during elimination and it was weird. He was either focused or over being there with the group he was there with. He didn't seem as happy in the least bit.

He finally came back a couple of years later because he said he loves doing the challenges. he gets a big kick out of them and the money helps him as well. When he first did these he was extremly determined to win. Now he causally partakes.
With that said, I was surprised Dario destryoed him like did with the speed. I thought Wes would be quicker, he's small and pretty fast I thought.
