Veronica is an icon. Period. Her legacy is legendary & even if she was less memorable on her more recent seasons, she will always be welcome. If we're denying people for being awful humans (which I don't think V is), we would have like 7 people on the current season.

See this is the nonsense that drives me insane. She never lost an elimination in her return. Her last two was her being injured and then purged.because CT wasn't smart enough to realize the shortest girl needed him to help her. At no point did she embarrass herself let alone reach Easy level

It's a matter of opinion on "best". I personally think her attitude and presence will bring the show down. I'm not asking for a bunch of saints to be on this, but just like with Johnny I think the line should be drawn somewhere.
