Looking at this cast I can't say I'm surprised in the slightest tho. There's still time to give us a good season in the second half of the season but my expectations are low
I would give that season a cute 6.5 overall not a bad season but not amazing either. The format was cute and the eliminations were creative but the editing was off in general and the cutting out drama didn't help either then the end game was kind of a slog so it was alrighttttttttt

Id give it a 7.5 but I don't think it was as bad as it was reported to be.
Agreed on the editing, I feel like they could've cleaned the ending up but it was a good ending for once so I don't mind it.
USA2 is an 8.5/10. As good as a modern season gets. It gets slow in the middle for a bit and there's too much focus on Josh. But the format and surprisingly most of the cast provides.
Wasn't the biggest Chris fan but very rare I find both winners likeable.
I like Desi and Chris but I think I would've ranked the season higher if the second place finishers were the actual winners. Imagine Cory and Michaela winning omg I'm gagging at the thought

You would think that since his golden girl ashley is actually not flopping for ONCE that he would be putting this as a top tier season.... but ANYWAYS its an above average season already being that we don't have to put up with john for 5 months straight this season.
I wouldn't trust cory's dumba^ss for any concrete evidence either when he says this season sucks... when he took out the only source of entertainment first last season who would have put him as his number 1 over anyone.

There's no rhyme or reason to production's decisions. They need rookies to continue this show. This is an amazing rookie class. Most have made it far enough to earn a callback. Even the early flop Blue has a decent fan base and is a minority so she could return. Leka and Izzy are hot minority women who are both fit. The rest have made it nearly 10 episodes. That's enough to prove their name and earn a spot. It's a cast that has the potential to connect with fans. I say we see half of them return if not 75%...depending on their experience.
And if only half do there's no point in being invested in them. The difference here is I'm discussing what production is likely to do. It doesn't matter what we think should happen. I may like all of them...I still know they aren't all coming back. 75% isn't realistic at all.

5 is good because of Veronica Shane and Frank...we don't have people like that here. If those 3 weren't on this season it would be a boring season like most of them but all 3 play the game

5 is good because of Veronica Shane and Frank...we don't have people like that here. If those 3 weren't on this season it would be a boring season like most of them but all 3 play the game
While I agree mostly we're not going to ignore Adam Kellyanne Sylvia Corey Amber Ashley and Dario contributions and based off the preview for next week it seems like Nany Melissa and Turbo are about to clock in so yes those three are serving but there are other people who are in the mix of some mess too
I can tolerate a boring season if the winners are good just like I can tolerate an entertaining season even if the winners are bad. However, if both the season is boring and winners are bad then I have a problem. So, if that's what this season is gonna give then I will have to pass.

Truthfully the only duds on *** have been Faysal, Big T, Sam, Ashley K, Steve, and Leroy. I would've added Da'vonne in the mix too but based off the trailer for the second half of the season she gets to work soon too

The only reason why I finished ROD is because I wanted to see what happened to Olivia's nose and I finished 40 to see how they magically made Rachel 1st place with those karma points because I wouldn't have finished those wack seasons otherwise since I didn't care for the winners.

I do feel like that season lost steam towards the end but it was a solid first half and overall an enjoyable watch.
