Disagree. Most of the champs brought nothing on Invasion, Darrell delivered competition wise and Laurel/Cara both fought for Nicole the whole time, Champs were so boring. The underdogs and their storylines were the best things of that season., it almost felt like a whole new show before the champs came in. It made me appreciate some of these newer kids and I felt like the earlier episodes of Invasion proved the show can work without the same tired *** people.

I wish they didn't recycle the cast the way they do but I'm missing what you guys all liked from the early part of that season. I dislike almost every champ on that season (other than Darrell, CT & Ashley K) but the show was better when they arrived.
The ratings got better when they arrived because the arrival of the champions was the most hyped up part for the season, it's the same way of how the ratings of any show gets higher when a "big twist" is being revealed or presented. Referring back to my comment, I was just pointing out the fact that the champs did not bring nothing new or interesting to Invasion at all, none of the them delivered anything. The storylines and drama were all caused by the underdogs, the only story we got from the champs was Laurel/Cara fighting over Nicole. I think what was liked about the earlier episodes of Invasion was because we had lots of fresh faces, it wasn't a repetitive cast, we actually had the chance to see new people shine which is rare on this show. The focus wasn't about CT bragging about having a dad bod or Johnny saying forced one liners. It wasn't focused on Camila's weak *** Camila-nator rants. It showed a new dynamic of the game, making these new kids actually compete to win instead of them getting picked off one by one so the same people can make the final again. They all weren't the best competitors but neither were most of the champs on their earlier seasons. We got something new and fresh which we barley get on this show nowadays. I mean for example, 90% of the cast of Final Reckoning was on Vendett***eems so lame and boring and predictable.
Invasion just caused all of the challengers to become overrated as competitors. New kids can do well if they play a smart game (see Tori Deal), compete well (see Kam) or do both (see Kyle). Those are the people that actually are relevant. We didn't learn anything about the newbies on Invasion from that season aside from the fact Nicole, Cory and Nelson are stupid and Ashley Mitchell can kill a final.Also, rating improved because people are care more about those that arrived late. Which is the same reason Seasons 2012 bombed. If they would have cast that season better the show would be so much different today.
Kyle sucks, if he wasn't banging the best female competitor on Vendettas he'd be long gone and has only made it far for being the least of a threat out of all the males. Tori hasn't done anything impressive, she was a complete follower on Dirty 30 by following Camila/Cara the first half to then following Jailah the second half. Kam is alright because she talks a big game but so far has managed to put her money where her mouth is. Cory, Nelson and Nicole have shown weakness during the Invasion final but overall I see them to be some of the better underdogs that season despite their annoying personalities and math skills. I think Nelson deserves more credit for Invasion because he was one of the better competitors the entire season. Anyways, just because the ratings got higher doesn't mean the season got better and as I said before any show that has a big twist or reveal showing the upcoming week, the ratings will get higher regardless. The ratings overall got high but then got lower as the season progressed. Honestly you should see that the ratings of the show on an average season are the same regardless if people like CT or Johnny appear every season. And Seasons 2012 bombed because before that season, the show had attention seeking themes like "Rivals" and "Exes" which for sure were to get viewer attention...Seasons wasn't a catchy title or theme but overall the season paved the way for the future seasons.

Sarah can stay home tbh. As much as it'd be nice for her to get some sort of revenge on Bananas, it's not likely to happen, plus she's not very interesting to watch, and can get grating fast.
