If only we could get Theresa/Nany as a mercenary pair.

I doubt Sarah will ever be on a regular season. Pretty sure she's trying to become some sort of therapist specifcally for other reality tv people to help them recover/escape. And if she was to go on they would very likely fine her a lot for leaking shit about the show.

Or even Theresa/Laurel

Everything I see from Nany on social media points to her being completely done with this.

GOOD. We don't want her.

Laurel/Nicole makes sense too unfortunatelly.   I'm still holding out hope for Jonna or Theresa.  And Landon of course

Can the incoming male pair be some NEW dudes if not Old-Schoolers? Please & thanks. Smile

No Darrell sucks, flat out. No Landon or Derrick is a bit of a kicker too, because while they're simple strong silent guys, they're real good competitors. Brad is spending a lot of time fawning over what's her face, and he's paired with Kyle, leaving his character kinda bland, and stuck with someone who I don't wanna root for. Sad that Jenna and Jemmye go home so fast, too. Tony and Bananas is the pair to beat, and just cements why the teams on this season suck. I hate Bananas, but at the same time, he has some moments of being an actual caring human being. I'm conflicted. CT and Veronica sound like they'll be a hilarious pair, but CT is going to be bogged down by her--no matter how much I like Veronica, she's not going to fare well against male competitors in their prime. I can't see CT winning, but hopefully he'll stick around for a while. And for the rest of the cast, it's just basically Vendettas all over again. Meh.

We completely disagree about the first couple episodes of Invasion...the show would have been much better if the entire cast was there from the start.

Disagree. Most of the champs brought nothing on Invasion, Darrell delivered competition wise and Laurel/Cara both fought for Nicole the whole time, Champs were so boring. The underdogs and their storylines were the best things of that season., it almost felt like a whole new show before the champs came in. It made me appreciate some of these newer kids and I felt like the earlier episodes of Invasion proved the show can work without the same tired *** people.

Were ratings better before or after the arrival of the champions?   Honest questionThe newbies weren't strong competitors.  I was bored out of my mind.   I don't need to see the same people every season.  I wish they didn't recycle the cast the way they do but I'm missing what you guys all liked from the early part of that season.  I dislike almost every champ on that season (other than Darrell, CT & Ashley K) but the show was better when they arrived.

The ratings got better when they arrived because the arrival of the champions was the most hyped up part for the season, it's the same way of how the ratings of any show gets higher when a "big twist" is being revealed or presented. Referring back to my comment, I was just pointing out the fact that the champs did not bring nothing new or interesting to Invasion at all, none of the them delivered anything. The storylines and drama were all caused by the underdogs, the only story we got from the champs was Laurel/Cara fighting over Nicole. I think what was liked about the earlier episodes of Invasion was because we had lots of fresh faces, it wasn't a repetitive cast, we actually had the chance to see new people shine which is rare on this show. The focus wasn't about CT bragging about having a dad bod or Johnny saying forced one liners. It wasn't focused on Camila's weak *** Camila-nator rants. It showed a new dynamic of the game, making these new kids actually compete to win instead of them getting picked off one by one so the same people can make the final again. They all weren't the best competitors but neither were most of the champs on their earlier seasons. We got something new and fresh which we barley get on this show nowadays. I mean for example, 90% of the cast of Final Reckoning was on Vendett***eems so lame and boring and predictable.

I am glad to finally get a decision soon. All this speculation in this thread got pretty dragging.

Y'all know a redemption rig is upon us ☕☕

Praying legend Da'Vonne used her manipulation skills on each team that went to redemption to use the double cross on Paulie/Natalie

They lace the double cross with blow so that CT finds it immediately

Y'all know a redemption rig is upon us ☕☕

I hope so lol

Invasion just caused all of the challengers to become overrated as competitors.   New kids can do well if they play a smart game (see Tori Deal), compete well (see Kam) or do both (see Kyle).   Those are the people that actually are relevant.  We didn't learn anything about the newbies on Invasion from that season aside from the fact Nicole, Cory and Nelson are stupid and Ashley Mitchell can kill a final.

Also, rating improved because people are care more about those that arrived late.   Which is the same reason Seasons 2012 bombed.  If they would have cast that season better the show would be so much different today.

Anyways

Imagine trusting her slob *** with anything. Bet she would made a special part, with all the tea, on her podcast.

I think you're looking at the show from too much of a production point of view, and less from a simple viewer POV. For many people, the cast of underdogs was amazing because they genuinely wanted to see them compete against one another, without the tired veterans. I'm sure that a cast of your faves (Tori, Kyle, Susie, Sarah, Jenn, Landon, and whoever else) wouldn't necessarily bring in the ratings and but would I be wrong to think you wouldn't want that cast anyways?

As a viewer I was bored during until the Champs showed up and the game actually began.   It was like watching a pre-season NFL game.   Kyle isn't one of my favorites nor is Tori.  I just don't irrationally hate any rookie that does well against real competition.   Landon and Jenn alone would get us good ratings.  I'm glad people enjoyed watching the JV team at the beginning on Invasion.   I didn't and I think production learned a valuable lesson.

Y'all know a redemption rig is upon us ☕☕

And I say god bless it

Jenn bringing good ratings where? To what?

Jenn bringing good ratings where? To what?

Casuals don't even like her ********

Individual people are not bringing in ratings that's an asinine POV. Maybe on a Love and Hip Hop or a Jersey Shlre can 1 or 2 people bring in ratings, but angry soccer moms on Facebook beating their **** to a Landon return isn't making a dent in ratings. The Challenge isn't that type of show

Nobody liked her when she was on the show. If they EVER tried to make a Jenn return "must-see big news TV" knowing **** well........ ROFL

I never liked Jenn. Has less to do with Jenn and more to do with her being a fixture on my least favorite challenge era. I have never enjoyed a season that had more than one of J E or K on it.

Except the duel, but Johnny is gone first and Kenny is never shown #perfect

Speaking of which, how do you even pronounce "Vevmo" anyway? Like "vev-moh" or "veev-moh"? Cuz I've been saying the latter this entire time, not knowing if that's even correct.

And what does "vevmo" even mean?
