Why would I be? Lol. I know we're the two most active people in this thread and agree on almost everything but I like being able to bring up past competitors and reminisce in this thread.

So you can understand my suspicion.

Fair enough, I suppose. Lol. But I promise I'm not Debut Album. Besides, it's down time for challenge talk because I really am not invested in Rivals 3 anymore so when the new casts comes around, I'll be more active in other threads. Hopefully Challenge 29 does not disappoint.

JULIE(NEW ORLEANS 1)

I love Julie. I fully believe that she is one of the best women this Franchise in total has ever produced.

One thing I've always loved about Julie was how passionate and ractive she was. I remember when Ayanna got kicked off the extreme challenge she lobbied so hard for Ayanna to stay(and then tried to realte it to her) fast forward to The Gauntlet 2 and she was so over the top passionate and pumped and I was HERE FOR IT! I'll always remember her getting so mad about the clutch that Ace forgot to hold down that caused them to lose the Team Strenth mission. THE CLUTCH! THE ******* CLUTCH!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! LOL.

Another thing I loved about her is that she's ******* crazy and unintentially halarious. Her trying to bascially kill Veronica on the first episode of The Inferno will always be one of the greatest moments in challenge history. Not to mention her fight with Coral which spawned one of the best quotes to come out of this show "I don't wrestle, I beat******* up" Then her turn to god on Inferno 2 and caliming that the road to god is straight and narrow only to find out otherwise in a pool of water. One word: Perfection.

Then her fight with Melissa on Battle of the Sexes 1 and The shirt that spawned from that on The Inferno 1...MELISSA WILL KILL YOU. I think she would've been awesome on that season had she stayed longer.

She made it all the way to the end on her final challenge which was The Gauntlet 2. I wish we'd seen her some more but oh well. She made her mark at that time. But overall Julie was an amazing character. Halrious, crazy, entertaining, and not that bad of a competitor. Truly one of the greats of this franchise.

THE RED BARRON MISSION ON THE GAUNTLET 1

The Gauntlet 1 had very fun and diverse missions and this was one of them. They flew around in jets and scored points on each other(at least I think that's how that mission went correct me if I'm wrong) and it was so fun watching them scream and have fun up there. They sure don't do shit like that nowadays.

I can't.

MIKE(BACK TO NEW YORK) AKA THE MIZ.

You know looking back I've always liked Mike. He can be a bit much at time but for the most part he was always a cool, fun guy whose was always ready to compete. He was a good character on The Real World. Came off a bit racially ignorant but he was taught better and he listened(Jenna could learn a lesson from this) We also saw the birth of The Miz. His alter ego that he would follow him onto the challenges and eventually into the WWE.

Mike always had great and entertaining relationships. His friendship with Coral was one of the best in this franchise IMO mainly because of how far they came together. They started off as Rivals on Real World but then became the best of friends on the challenges. Then there was Trishelle who he dated then ended up ditching him, then he messed with Kendall on The Inferno. which was one of the main storylines on The Inferno.

He also competed well although he was always bettered by someone though.

He did have some low points though..him going crazy on himself on Battle of the Seasons for losing. It showed that he was serious about the competition and he wants to win but it was a bit much. The him *****ting at Kendall during Kendall's inferno on The Inferno 1(A bit justified but still..there was nothing he can do about it and he can't help her) then him kinda being put on the backburner as far as the team on Battle of the Sexes 2.

He ended up getting one more challenge win Via Inferno 2 and then he left the franchise to go to the WWE..which he's currently at now. He's the current Intercontinental Champion. Hehe.

But overall Miz was a fun character, good competitor and had great relationships. I'd like to think that this is what Backpack would be like if he were actually a good character. He's definetly one of the greats of this show and he's done it all..compete/hook-up/had drama. He was a good character and had a good run.

Be good, be bad, be MIZ!

THIS...FOREVER.

Coral/The Miz, most iconic duo in challenge history IMO.

NIA.I haven't really talked about how I feel about Nia so this is my post to do so!I think Nia is Intelligent, pretty, and is a great character. She's someone I think could be this era's Coral. A strong woman who's not afraid to play the game and I think someone like her is sorley needed on these shows because you has so many women who are p***ive and don't really take charge nowadays. Nia could be that. And on top of that she's not afraid get buck and rowdy if she has too. Like on Exes 2 when she went off on everyone. However there are some things I have an Issue with when it comes to her. I think she takes it too far sometimes like on Portland with that whole Avery/Johnny situation. I also feel like she kinda lets her emotions get the best of her. Like when Sarah made her move Nia got so pissy and kept talking shit then proceeds to pull down Jordan's pants down the touch his **** which ended up sending her *** home. She needs to calm down with that if she returns because she has to realize you're gonna get screwed at some point and you can't just fly off the handle. Plus you can't put yourself in situations that could land you in elimination(like her jumping off that one challenge). Also I don't think she had any right to come a Jay on the Exes 2 reunion given how she went out. He made it to the end regardless of how he got there and regardless if he quit..you could've been at the final but you decided to act up. You failed to do what you had to do to get to the end. Not Jay's fault. But overall like I said she's a good character but she can be even better if she gets better as a competiter and keep herself in check.

Please don't ever insult Coral again. Nia doesn't come close to the real Queen.

I agree. I like Nia and all but she is no where near Coral.

The Gauntlet 3 was so unwatchable until the finale but Katie MADE that reunion along with Coral. I love how she called out everyone on the Vets.

Those two made that one of my favorite reunions ever <3 I miss them so much.

The guantlet 3 reunion was by far one of the best in an long time. Coral and Katie handed everyone their *****. Sucks no one is willing to do that now. well except for one of my new favorites, Devin.

CORALI just watched Coral's Rivals Reaction video and damn, I really miss a female presence like that on these shows. Everyone knows why Coral is great and still is recognized as the face of these Challenges. She was funny, she was real, and she was tough minded. I still can't stop laughing at her and Julie's argument on the Inferno and her and the Miz still have the best male/female friendships on the Challenges. I hate that her last Challenge appearance was awful for her and how she was betrayed by ******* Evan and the Veterans team. I wish she would have come back. And she still looks like she hasn't aged a day since we've seen her on a challenge.

the best overall female player in the game. i love hearing other challenge vets admit that she is the standard.

Hey DA, you still playing Vevmo games? Did you get the final cast call?

Can you like hush please? Your extremely annoying especially since this thread isnt vevmo games. If DA is playing then you'll see him Wednesday night.

On topic with this thread...Coral, Beth, Katie, Julie, and Veronica are the 5 best women in the shows history IMO. I would never get tired of seeing them 13 times unlike Bananas

PettyTea101 just ignore. I'm not talking to you.

NESSA

She's a decent host who's not afraid to drag people if they get out of line with her.

Case in Point.

A Camilla fan but I Nessa put her in her place.

Can you guys imagine if Coral hosted? There would be no BS at that reunion lmao.

LANDONOkay so I already talked about Landon in here but I didn't think the entry I made before really showed why Landon is one of the best people to ever be on the challenge. I dont think he's all that interesting as a character but he's super likeable. He stays humble even though he could brag about his success. He stays calm and is an elite competitor. He started out on the Inferno 2 which was probably the most interesting he's been on all of his appearances. He came in as a rookie but arguably could have been the best competitor there and that was with the Miz, Darrell, Brad, CT, Abe, and Derrick being on the same challenge as him. He got into it with Derrick even though it was playful but Derrick had a bleeding ear out of it and Derrick got his revenge by giving Landon the funniest looking haircut and it was a classic moment. He came back on the Gauntlet 2 and mostly was in the background but hell he still won back to back challenges and didn't have to prove himself in that challenge. He would take a break for a while and then he came back on the Duel 2. I'm still pissed he was screwed over by the other guys and honestly he should have beaten Brad. He dominated that entire challenge too. Had a kinda sorta thing with Brittini and he also had a dream about Ryan lol. Fresh Meat 2 cemented his legacy for me because he took the worst statistically girl and not only was he 100% supportive of her, he carried her up a mountain and won the whole challenge. And considering how guys like Zach, Reilly, and Frank would verbally abuse their teammates, Landon was refreshing because he stayed patient and it actually paid off for him. I wish Landon did more challenges because he's always guaranteed to show up competition wise. But that's the other reason why I respect Landon. He has little challenge appearances but is recognized as one of the best ever. Go Landon!!

Not sure why but I hate that photo of Landon lolBut yes, Landon is one of the GOATs. Fresh Meat 2 finale was so refreshing and I loved seeing Kenny get second on that challenge yet again because he is such an annoying POS. Also seeing Jill again and her placing was also refreshing because she is such a sweet heart.

It's probably the hip twist.

Also, it was mentioned in Portland's Beth entry; Knight throwing Nany's clothes in the pool not being better  Tonya's throwing of Beth clothes. But that is why I think Battle of Seasons was one of the best seasons because it felt so refreshing but that moment felt like a throwback or homeage to the golden era.

THOMAS.

Thomas is another one who I didn't like on there RW but came to love on The Challenge. He did get a proper chance to shine on Exes 2 as he was eliminated early(I do think it was kinda BS that he got thrown in as soon as he did given that there were two Non-castmember teams that could've went in). He had more of a role on Bloodlines as the guy Handy Maria was cheating with but other than that there wasn't much to him. Rivals 3 is where he had the best showing as a character. He kept dogging Simone(which was well deserved) he got into it with Vince, got thrown in elimination  and get this..he didn't trip over it and is still cool with Cory(Backpack take note). But he ended up having to go home due to an emergency. And he did it all in this odd low-key surfer type of voice. It was very appealing to me. He's not wildy entertaining but he's a nice presense on the show and I would love to see him return.

Oh and him telling Backpack to shut the **** up and listen to him was all kinds of amazing.

What's frustrating about him is that he was there for a good long time and in the sun... Did he get darker? No... Darn reflector skin.

TEAM VEGAS(BATTLE OF THE SEASONS 2)

I loved this team on Seasons 2 and I was rooting for them hardcore. I though New Orleans 2 was gonna be the most entertaining team on the show but it turned out to be Vegas Baby! Dustin was crazy and emotional and dared to get street with anyone that came at him hard. Nany was the likable queen who stayed strong and preformed well and fended off all the*******(Derek and Frank to name a few) That came her way. Trishelle and Alton were both blasts from the past whom delivered in their own ways. I think this team was one of the ones whom had to deal with alot. From Frank/Zach to beling wittled down to a twosome. They had a good run on this season and it all culminated with a 2nd place finished. I wish all 4 members would've been there and won the show. It would've been Nany/Dustin/Trishelle's first won and Alton's Second.

But yeah..Team Vegas forever baby!

I thought it was interesting that Trishelle took a 12 year laps, and came back to go straight to a final.

I thought it was interesting that Trishelle took a 12 year laps, and came back to go straight to a final.

Yeah...you know now that you mention it that is kinda cool.

I like Tom alone for the simple fact that he has the funniest resting dumb face on the show.

I was rooting for Team Vegas even before the season started. It was really cool seeing Alton and Trishelle come back and they even contributed to the show. The original Vegas cast barely did any challenges when you think about it. I mean Alton and Trishelle were probably the biggest challenge ****** to come out of that season and they really haven't been on many shows.

Team Vegas all the way. Although, I would have preferred two Vegas teams like they originally planned for. Also, it's unfortunate Nany went home on the season she had the best shot of winning.

MIKE(BLOODLINES)

I liked him. Not terribly entertaining but he did show that he was a solid competitor and he seemed cool. Kinda hate that he had to deal with that pointless heavy hitter twist. He probably won't be back but I do think BMP/MTV should give him a ring. He'd atleast be some decent competition and that's in short supply on these shows nowadays.

DA, what did you think of Team Brooklyn on Seasons?

I thought individually, they were kind of "eh" or a non-entity, but as a whole, I digged that they managed to scape through the finals with Dome wins and 2 challenge wins.
