I like it. It's never really been done before besides Invasion, it's different and forces them to be more creative with eliminations.

The 3 teams of 10 idea has been thrown out the window I think.

Would definitely agree that Kailah being the outsider actually did her a service in the long run whereas Amanda and Ashley came out looking like shit-starters that couldn't take what they dish. I love all 3, but that's how casuals ending up seeing things I think.

Agreed 100 %.

3 way eliminations also increase the odds of the "typical winners" losing if thrown in. Like ct/johnny/cara can lose a lot easier in a 3 way thing. Coudl result in new winners. if the rest of the format is right.

That 3 elimination type would quicly become frustrating, with 2 people working together against the third one.

If you throw in the twist where only the 3 way winner goes back to the house and the one that only won the one-on-one has to stay there and fight his way back to the house in the next elimination round....I don't think many would do this...

Actually you would need 2 strong people in the elimination to get rid of another strong person. Makes it easier for better competitors.

This is what I would be worried about. It becomes basically a politics game of 2 people in the same alliance getting rid of the third. Hopefully it's not true.

Not necessarily.....you dont know the game. or the rules.  but if they can team up in anyway,  i'd rather have 2 decent guys attempting to beat a beast , than 1 decent guy.

I am sure with the way this show is, it somehow will make it easier though if johnny is thrown in or camila.

Thats exactly how JEK controlled the elimination process on The Ruins so I really hope thats not the case this season.

Then he won meaning it's basically like the exile twist.

I appreciate the creative ideas but sometimes I wish they would just chill. Would be nice to have a straight up season where it stays teams or individual, and the last place loser goes in along with someone voted in/chosen. Beauty in simplicity sometimes production...

Not necessarily. They don't all have to be like it was on Invasion. 3 sets of puzzles, 3 sets of obstacle courses (with a rope like Wes vs Cohutta on Ruins), the elimination Cohutta lost on Bloodlines could easily incorporate a 3rd person fighting for the ball, same with the destroying the room elimination on that season 3 way Handcuff, 3 way Pole Wrestle, etc. Theres a bunch of ways they can make 3way eliminations where you can't team up and theres only one winner or a 1st 2nd and 3rd place.
