I predict what happened was: Cara flirted with Thomas (or someone else), maybe they kissed. When Abram showed up, someone (Aneesa) told him that Cara has been hooking up with Thomas, just to spite some drama and throw her off her game. Abram interpreted hooking up as *******. Here it is, my totally baseless prediction, aka wishful thinking. I do hope it wasn't much more serious than that, although Cara's tweets don't make it look good.
