The most logical conclusion to a sexual assault case that went to court is most certainly not "nothing happened". The most logical conclusion is something happened that went to far, but there isn't enough information to criminally charge. Evan and Kenny are not victims.

No its not...statistically a criminal case that can't be proven goes to civil suit as they're looking for anything financial. Especially when a large corporation is involved theyll almost always settle because, like in this case, the testimony of one person could be enough even against the 7 lined up against her.
