0-1 prior Challenges: Rookies
2-3 prior Challenges: Novices
4+ prior Challenges: Veterans
That could potentially work. Although thinking about TJ saying "Congratulations to the Novices for winning today's challenge." is already sounding weird to me. You'd get Cancun, DC, most of Brooklyn, and FM2 eligible for the Rookies team. Novices would have people like Dunbar, KellyAnne, Sarah, Cohutta, Nehemiah, Derek. And then the Veterans team would probably be unfair but oh well.

I think there are cast members who refuse to do another challenge with CT. He, as far as I understand, is banned, or at least, essentially banned due to other people saying they won't come if he's on it.
I would suggest giving CT the Hannibal Lecter treatment. Muzzle, straight jacket, and a cart to push him around. Then I could see his challenge invitation being a possibility.
I hope on the next challenge its the gauntlet 4, Real World vs Road Rules vs Freshmeat that would be awesome. The next real world could be in Detroit,Memphis or Baltimore

From New Orleans to Memphis?? Doubtful. Just had DC so you can cross Baltimore off the list for a couple more seasons if they renew the contract. I could see 1 more outside the country, then probably, Detroit or Atlanta. What's up with Road Rules anyway?
Well there will be plenty of real world and most definately plenty of freshmeat but they can get people like Katie,Veronica,Darrell,Derrick,Rachel,Tori,Shane,Mark and more.
Katie retired again... but I'll believe it when I don't see her on challenges for awhile and as for Shane, I'd love to see him again but he has been gone since Fresh Meat. That was 8 challenges ago.
Yeah but im interviewing him so i can see if he will come on another challenge. I dont think Katie,Mark,Rachel,Darrell or Veronica arent done with these challenge yet
I could potentially see Katie coming back for one when she finishes school and realizes she now can either do a challenge or join the "real world". It sucks finishing University, it's such a hard transition and personally I went traveling rather than deal with it. I bet if I'd had the opportunity to do a challenge I would have jumped at it!
I could see Mark coming back randomly for one.
Darrell was just on the most recent one so unless he's announced he's done I wouldn't make that assumption.
I don't see Veronica coming back.
Somehow I think it's easier for the old school guys than for the old school girls. Just my opinion.

Thats because most of the old school girls played the game hard, and they wouldn't last that long because the new kids are scared of them and would get them out 1st.

The last spring challenge left at the end of April. Katelynn said earlier that they don't get much of a warning before leaving. Go from there...
Not to mention, we've mentioned quite a few times that we don't know anything about the spring challenge yet, but people continue to ask...
I have a feeling they will wait till season 24 is done filming to do this one. A lot of the people are in school. Emily, Andrew, Callie, Jonna, Derek, Jasmine, Bronne...etc.

They were but if it's Gauntlet 4 or really anything the number of Fresh Meat 2 and RW 22-24 that are still in school are alot plus most already took a semester off I do not think they would want to take another put hey just a thought.
