RW/RR Challenge: The Ruins - Spoilers & Speculation

Evan, Kenny, and Johnny better be lucky Wes is on their team and that they don't have to face him in the Pit.. It has to be his own teammates targeting him and throwing him in....the only person on the "Champions" team that would have his back is EV. GO WES!!

I took broken glass to mean either a Timmy (RR) situation, where the faceoff or mission required it, or a Teck situation where someone broke a glass or window in anger... not necessarily leading to a replacement... I think we're trying to link things way too soon.

Such a good battle between the guys, I almost hope it references a great face-off instead of a fight sending someone home.

Sorry V1 I just wanted to point out that people were trying to connect what I took as separate 'spoilers' and try to connect them into one thing way too soon... we kind of have to take them at face value right now, and not make them into something else.

When there are more spoilers, it would be cool to have a thread with just spoilers and a separate thread where we can talk about them.

Of course, I could be putting too much faith in them.[/quote] Based on postings in the spoiler thread, I'd also be inclined to think that this challenge is a derivative of an Inferno style challenge. If it is where the other team determines which member goes in from the opposing team and vice versa, then it would kinda make sense that Wes has been in twice. Teams use different strategies to weaken opposing teams (1.) Try to eliminate the strongest player from the opposing team - Wes (2.) Go after weaker targets to gain a numbers advantage - Chet (3.) Go after a middle of the road/decent player that you think could stumble in an inferno - Tonya, Nick If I am correct, then Kenny, Evan, and Johny can only influence opposing members. And with that, with the exception of a few face offs and perhaps some upsets, these will be with alot of predictability imo.

I would like to see this one be just like the first gauntlet. But except for voting your own team member in, you have to vote for a member of the opposite team to go into the Pit. And they HAVE to go into the pit. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. I think this will be the twist.

Why not Sarah or Shauvon?

I would rather them send in Sarah also because she's a rookie and maybe she can prove some on the "Champions" wrong ;)

I need to stay away from the spoilers.All I am going to do is believe Wes is going to win.Since he is my favorite.

Abram and the guys went after easier targets ...... Davis, Ace while the females went after people like Susie over rookies like Rachel (RW) and Colie, even though they both wound up losing their respective infernos to Jenn, whome the Good Guys females viewed as a weaker player. Each team and each gender on the teams had different views as to who they would pick from the opposing team to go into the inferno. The girls were free to pick who they wanted on the Bad A's team.

Diem has been on myspace and facebook almost daily so it is pretty much etched in stone that she is long gone from Thailand.

And it seems from Duel 2 dailies that Shauvon burned some bridges and became the laughing stock after she left. There is something it seems that we are missing... I don't see Johnny/Kenny/Evan letting the girls pick on their own- their only ally there that we know of would be Johanna... it would seem more likely to me for it to be Diem's own team choosing her... same with Tonya and Wes.
