I know you don't think the show was going to last long anyways right? After M'Sadda's season, MVT, The show got good. It wasn't high ratings with the original concept anyway. They were always the RW's red-headed stepchild.
I always believed that if the show got good or consistent ratings then I think they would've kept doing the show. I think if the ratings were okay then they would've lasted as long as RW. And the only reason It was always in Real World's shadow is because it wasn't *****d out the way that RW was. And the show was good way before Maximum Velicity Tour..Are you going to sit here and tell me that the 1st 8 seasons were awful? Please.
Thats not what I am saying Latin America, RR 2 are some of my favorites by the time the 2000s rolled around it was just ****.
I hated Veronica on SAS by the way. Was there any reprecussions for stealing Ayanna's paper?

Hey now...The show still had good seasons in the 2000's The Quest and South Pacific were both exellent seasons IMO. Campus Crawl was okay..I liked it more for it's concept than the cast and X-treme wasn't all that good. Viewers Revenge..I think you and I will agree that that season was just terrible and should be erased from time forever.
As for Veronica..I don't think she got in trouble for stealing the paper although I could be wrong. It's been awhile since I've seen that season.

Not really because if it didn't happened there'd be no LaMonte, Angel, Kristin, Jerry and David L. Couldn't stand for Tori or Susie. Annoying much?

And no Dan either..and He was the only good thing about that season so..Yeah It can remain in time.
'Rodies' a show like Road Rules on MTV India is still airing..........this makes me Jealous, I want Road Rules back.
This is just the wikipedia page but it has the basic info on the series:

I think if MTV give it a try again, and not do a bad format like Viewers Revenge (we got some good newbies out of it....but I personally didn't care for it) and make it like X-Treme and other seasons I think they could potentially get some new viewers. Heck with Jersey Shore ending they need something else to fill the time slots right? :) (this is wishful thinking I know...)
honestly semester at sea was kinda boring. the experience was probably fun. i think road rules season 2 was one of the best seasons. you can watch that season now, 5 years ago or 15 years ago and the language and fights and stuff are the same. does anybody remember effie from that season? how she used to go off on devin and emily(queen bee)? also timmy always looked old no?
I agree that Semester At Sea was a tad boring. It had REALLY good drama but there were a handful of episodes where NOTHING happened. My favorite seasons of Road Rules would have to be Islands, Northern Trail, The Quest, and Campus Crawl.
I know this is unrelated to the thread, but what happen to the hollywood season the last thing I heard was joey died last summer
All I know is that Brittni is modeling and Brianna has a music career
She had mild success with her first EP and single "Summertime" (which she was recording on her original season), but her debut full length album didn't sell too well. I've downloaded some of the songs, though. Personally I like it. :P
At the time, Brianna told me that she was screwed over by other people involved in her music and she got very little ($)out of it.
This is what I heard rumors of as well.

Summertime was my ****. No lie.
Just a slight tangent ...
T-Boz of TLC explained the music industry once when they declared bankruptcy as a group: "Everything is points. 1 point is 1% of the profits. When our first three albums were made, we only got 7 points off of the production of that music and the rest went to agents, producers, the record company, and so on. It can be a shady business." ... Methinks Brianna got victimized on the points.
Conversely and in extreme rarity form, Depeche Mode's first record deal which they have maintained since the early 80s was for 50% of all profits plus all control of their merchandising. The record company they signed with said they had to pay for 50% of all the production costs for their first album and then foolishly agreed to give up 50% of the profits to the band in the process. So Depeche Mode makes bank folks! Yet another reason to love those guys.
Now back to your normal thread....
I do miss Brittani on the Challenges.

that is messed up but good points. which is why are they even famous if they get jack **** continously. I see if they were Joseline or something. Much less make mansions and cars and ****. Solja Boy I understand and Lil Wayne I understand since they worked themselves from the ground up.
Did Road Rules have reunion shows? And if not, does anyone know why?
Can't really remember. I missed the days where they dominated the challenges. Not like this mess we have now. Battle of the Seasons and no RR team? really now?

Leaving the Road Rules team off BOTS was a huge mistake on BMP's part, instead we got the slapped together Fresh Meat/Spring Break team that was just downright painful to watch.

Exactly but that drama with everybody fighting was amazing.
