I love me some Veronica and can't WAIT to see her return on The Ruins!
To celebrate, here is an old school quote from her!
Semester at Sea
Ayanna: "Excuse me Veronica can I talk to you?"
(They go out in the hallway)
Ayanna: "What the **** is this?"
Veronica: "That's my paper..."
Ayanna: "THIS IS MY ****ING PAPER!"
Veronica: "No it's not!"
(9 hours later)
Ayanna: "Read it! If it's your paper, read it to me!"
Veronica: "I don't HAVE to read it to you because this is MY paper! I wrote it!"

I like Veronica, but Ayanna was the true star. Even when I didn't know what the hell she was talking about, I still understood. I miss her.
The only reason Semester at Sea was any good was because of the girls (Ayanna, Pua, and Veronica). The boys that season did absolutely nothing.
I will admit that Veronica didn't get funnier until her later years though (Inferno through RR: VR). In fact the things she said on her RR season weren't supposed to be funny, I just made them out to be.
Hahah yeah Binary. Veronica was great on RR, but Ayanna was the star.
Their whole argument is full of gems.
Yeah, everything Ayanna says and does is magic. I crack up thinking about her running down the hall waving around Veronica's plagerized paper.

I have to admit I have a soft spot for Yes, I don't know if he was just really that interesting or I was distracted by the pretty.
Binary, I will venture to say the pretty. Yes is def. handsome.
He is very good looking. He seemed like he didn't really make for a memorable MTV personality, but he's someone you'd want to hang out with in real life, go hiking, do some graffiti.

I am still to this day a bit in love with Yes...He was so good looking and chill/laid back. And then recently someone asked about him so I looked him up and he is an architect now...there was a photo of him welding something...it made me hear "Men, men, men, men, manly man" in my head, LOL.

Hahaha! That's really cool that he's an architect, there IS life after reality tv. Yes welding stuff sounds lovely, I've got some google stalking to do. . .

Yes Duffy :D
Thanks darlin, it would be very difficult just to google "Yes" hahahaha.
I know...I tried, LOL....it only took me a split second to remember his last name though.
Evelyn on the Island: "I can't stand the sound of Johnny's voice and I would just love to gut him like a fish. I mean, I would demolish the lil' sucker's body!"
dplayer, that quote reminds me that throughout The Island I honestly thought that Evelyn could destroy Johnny if given the opportunity. I'm not easily intimidated regardless of size and if I were to go into any kind of physical competition with her I'd be scared s***less.
I only disliked Johnny on the Island. But the thing that baffles me the most is, how in the hell was Johnny Bananas running things? I could have seen people taking orders from Abe, Derrick, Kenny, etc. but bananas? Loved KA's quote..
"How are the dumbest people here running things?"
Oh and Kenny's "I want Robin on my boat just as much as I want a horse to kick me in the balls."
I can't wait to see the Brooklyn-Cancun dynamic for challenges.

I don't like Bananas at all too. I'm just praying that someone destroys his bones on the Ruins...I think he only ran things on the Island because he was associated with Kenny. I don't think he would have lasted that long if he wasn't friends with Kenny and Derrick.
As for the Brooklyn and Cancun kids, I think most of them may follow "the tradition".
Hahaha, the guys on that season were not funny, but Yes is amazing.
I wish I remember what Pua and Veronica said during the whole shirt theft thing.
It's not that the guys weren't funny or anything... Their story lines just sucked. Yes was edited as the player and that's about all he got throughout the entire season. I really liked Shawn a lot, and Pawel seemed like a sweetheart. He even had this funny quote:
(After Ayanna had another tantrum about the song they had to write)
Pawel: "I can't wait to write a song with Ayanna!" Makes me laugh every time.
I have SaS on VHS (haha) so I'll rewatch it and see with the Veronica/Pua thing. I remember Veronica taking Pua into a bathroom (off camera) and telling her to lie about the shirt situation.
Anyway back on topic,
BotS1
Jamie (New Orleans): "ELLEN! Come out and plaaa-aaay!"

I don't think Johnny was so much as running the show but rather just being the voice of the group. Derrick knew that if he had as much people disliking him as much as Johnny did, he wouldn't enjoy it. I don't think it matter to Derrick that Johnny was considered to be running it cause all he wanted was the money and to have good times.
RW Seattle VS RR Down Under
Lindsay (about riding the bull): "I'm just gonna squeeze real hard... like it's someone that I love!"
Kit (one of the hosts; about Nathan riding the bull in his boxers): "Did you see the full Monty?"
Christina: "I saw his ****, yeah."
(Kit and Susie laugh)
Christina: "... it was small."
I'm way to lazy to look through 78 pages, but has anyone said Wes' quote from The Duel?
"No one's stupid enough to say that they wanna go against Wes in a duel. It's like saying that they wanna go against Satan himself."

I don't even think that was ever actually shown, was it? I know it was on the "This season..." segment, but I never remember it actually airing.
I hate when they show footage/quotes in trailer but never show it on the shows.
For example, on the Island trailer, Kelly Anne said "I want to kick her a**. Better than kicking her a** I want to send her home." I never saw that on the show.

That was shown on the dailies.
I've noticed a lot of stuff or quotes shown in the trailers that don't make it to episodes are show in dailies. I guess thats great, but not everybody watches dailies.

What is this Island you speak of? That wasn't a season of the challenge, was it? Sounds boring.
