Does that Carley person live in Vegas? Just wondered if they raided the suite during that Reality Awards event they had there and maybe other BMP alums would end up on the show.
Does that Carley person live in Vegas? It was either posted earlier in this thread or the Las Vegas thread. Not sure if that is what brings Carley there but I remember reading that other alumni DO show up during filming.

Carley lives in Las Vegas, and the producers were well aware of her location. She is a hostess/VIP waitress at Sapphire.
I accidentally took this pic of her on the Red Carpet for Reality Bash 2010 in Sept; the Reality [Bash and a Few] Awards event was in LA in November.
Accidentally you say? ;)
Really, it was accidental. I had just finished shooting her with Mark Long on the Red Carpet and was about to change batteries. With the Canon D20, sometimes the flash will fire when you remove it from the camera without turning it off. Originally, there was a larger image in the frame, but it edited nicely to this. Carley has the original and has used it as evidence that she is not "fat" as some "fan" wrote following an earlier challenge. I can guarantee that she is not fat. She has an "classic Hollywood" figure with all the right curves.
Carley's got a great body and I wish I had her legs!
Fat?? HELL NO.
Speaking of legs (and other bits and pieces)...
Carley played in the Vegas celeb poker tournament benefiting injured police officers and their families.
That is such a great cause. Good for her! And obviously whomever said she was "fat" was OD'ing on the Haterade! :p
Um, I think she told me she read it here... oops!
does anyone know the name to the song to the first song they play? i just love it!!
in case anyone care the name of the song is called "las vegas nights" by Verona Grove.
Anyone else get a "this show is pretty fake" vibe?
No more than with any other season--may be the cheesy lounge music. I get the vibe the Dustin is the new Steven and Michael is the new Frank, but beyond that I only gather from the tailor that Adam gets sucked in and chewed up in Vegas.

Leroy=Alton - Both Players
Dustin=Steven - Both Gay 4 Pay (Steven was a waiter at a gay bar and that would almost certainly involve him flirting with gay guys for tips)
Michael=Frank - Both Geeky
Heather=Trishelle - Both the eye candy for the season
Naomi=Arissa - Both Opinionated
Adam=Brynn - Both crazy party animals
Nani=Irulan - No particular reason yet but they are both from New York
Anyone else get a "this show is pretty fake" vibe?
I certainly did! I mean either Adam has never thrown a punch in his life or he was just playing it up for the cameras when punching the picture. Even when he pushed Leroy it looked completely played up.
It's interesting though because during the casting interview they tell you how "everything is real" and even admit to knowing some viewers think the show is fake. They tell you production is merely there to follow you around and not interact with you. I'm not disputing that the show isn't real because I think in this instance they can't control if Adam is going to over exaggerate something going on in the house. Some people play it up for the cameras I guess to get more air time?
I don't remember what episode it was, but in Real World DC you can tell that the casting directors fed them lines about what to say in one particular episode. I remember the confessionals looked like they were set up in the living room. Callie sounded like she was a bad actress in reference to something about Andrew.

Yes cause every brother is a player. Anyway, Steven is not Gay for Pay.

Leroy has said it himself and i have explained how Steven was gay for pay
Of course it is, acting gay in order to earn money is gay for pay.
Wow, that would make a LOT of actors gay for pay, f.e. Jim Carrey, Ewan McGregor, Jake Gyllenhaal or Colin Firth - just to name a few from the top of my head...my point being, to make up very questionable definitions just to support very far-fetched parallels does not always work, especially in this case ;)

My understanding is that they have a mandatory "confessional" at least once a week that is often green-screened on the background, where each cast member is bombarded with questions, some front-loaded, and what we see is their response to some of those. As for the season, the people live their lives in a fairly unnatural setting and then production fashions a story based on their footage showing whatever theme or tenor they desire even if it is not reflective of what actually happened from cast perspective.

Not to mention Kevin James and Adam Sandler. :D
If only I had my V1Man whistle on me right now... :D
I've been wondering what happened to it. I thought I left it behind for molds13, but I think she said it smelled like stale beer and peanuts (how would she know?). That sounded like breakfast to me.
