Come on, enough about the messy rooms. These are ADULTS we're talking about here!! They can live in their space how they want. So she has some clothes thrown around and her beds not made. Big Whoop! /end rant
1. It was a joke.
2. If specifying, it's generally best to state the specifics. Saying "if someone asks me to do something, I'll do it" is incredibly vague and can be left up to the imagination.
3. A sense of humor can get you far in this forum.
When I started the sentence off with I can be pretty messy...than chances are the rest of the sentence is going to be on the same topic. That's all I'm trying to say.
I'll let the screen shots speak for themselves. Devyn, too, can say she'll clean up at her own speed but the question lies on how this mess even got to this point to begin with. This, in my view, is quite disrespectful to the property that was leased to them for a certain period.
Unfortunately you don't get to make the rules...
Dictionary Definitions:
Dirty --
1. Earthy or soiled with earth.
2. The result of exposure to a filthy or soiling substance, such as mud or dust.
3. Excrement.
4. Exhibiting a squalid or filthy condition.
Clutter --
1. A confused or disordered state or collection; a jumble: sorted through the clutter in the attic.
2. A confused noise; a clatter.
It's not dirt in the image you have presented. You are entitled to your opinion, but the definition is what it is -- a confused or disordered state.
As OPD noted, it is time to move on. Further comments will be moderated appropriately.
Livexfast, it is not my job to hold your hand to read all the pages of this thread. Katelynn Dannyboy, trees and others in addition to myself have identified commentary on the subject. You're entitled to drink the boy's Kool-Aid if you wish, but I'm having no part of it regarding this episode. BMP edited this stinking mess of an episode and they will have to deal with the backlash from it.
I'm 18 and fairly literate so I'm pretty sure nobody needs to hold my hand. I've read the thread, I just don't see how blaming everything on editing justifies all of the actions that took place during show. And who's Kool-Aid am I drinking? I'm a little lost on that part.

No one is blaming everything on editing, but the fact is that BMP has manufactured a story line and proceeded to populate this and other episodes with immense fiction and occasionally total fraud. The Kool-Aid you would be drinking is BMP's. If you question what you see, you can avoid the temptation.
If Devyn wants to leave her messy, then let her be. It is her own personal place, they have no business going in and making a big deal about it. I may understand being a little upset about the kitchen being messy, but that is her place to sleep, not their's.
In college my suitemates and I make sure the bathroom and common room are clean, as we share it. Our rooms are as messy as we wish them to be and it's not big deal.
Ripper9100 you sound like a joke *****. Not bashing you or anything, it's just kind of funny. At the same time, it's sad that you THINK you can run people. Either way, back on topic. I'm surprised "ghetto black Devyn" (in JDs word) didn't take the phone, and smack JD on his head. That was completely out of line on his part.

Link provided for interview. Baya and Sara dead on. I love Chet, but how does he not see through JD's crap. Because JD didn't do crap to the guys.
This thread is now reopened (Saturday morning). Hopefully, we are all in a better frame of mind this morning after last night's "timeout."
Let's see if we all can find and exhibit a little more respect toward each other.
If you want to share your opinion, great, but please consider how you can express yourself in a way that will not disrespect ANY member of the vevmo family.
If all you are doing is restating a point of view that has been stated with vigor previously in this very long thread, then recognize that
1) it is probably pointless; i.e., you won't be changing "hearts and minds,"
2) it results only in irritating someone with an opposing point of view, and,
3) that your comments will be carefully read by a moderator who may have an unpleasant hangover today and is not likely to be of full faculty.
Are we feeling better now V1?
Me? Haha, no, I wasn't the one with the hangover. I'm in training. Not a drop for me in ages. I've not even cracked the 50 year old bottle of scotch that someone gave me for Christmas.
You know I think we can all agree, that this season and episode, has everyone talking about it. We all may have different points of views, but I'm actually glad that we all can see what someone else thinks (with the exception of disrespecting one another of course). This might sound corny, but this season IMO has made vevmo, feel like a community, of very strong intelligent individuals.
So what's eveyone's take on the article?
If it were original to vevmo, I'd discuss it. We don't have an established relationship with realitywanted.com, so they are entitled to their intellectual property rights.

Oh, so do you have any articles you would like to share where vevmo has these rights.
Don't be shy! LOL
So did you enjoy this episode despite the crap BMP has done.
With the exception of one cast member, I enjoy aspects of all of them -- a few more than others. I can't say that any episode beyond the first one has captured my interest as a professional in the business of television.

Yeah Jd is another story altogether. I hope we finally get more storylines with Baya involved. Poor girl has been gipped with the exception of 1 episode.

I have a feeling she is worth the wait.
I have a feeling she is worth the wait.
Yeah, but I just like too see people get fair equal air time. However, I understand in this industry its not about fair, but who creates the most drama or best storyline for the episode.
I have been away from my computer for sometime, So I will now give my thoughts on this weeks episode:
- Definately better than last weeks episode. There was actually more of a variety of things and topics shown than just a prank.
- I dont think the boys should prank the girls just because they dont clean up THEIR OWN rooms. Devyn has the right to not clean up her room and keep it as messy as she wants and so does every other person in that house. She has to clean it evenually but she will do it when she feels like it. Althought I agree with the boys on cleaning the kitchen. The kitchen is shared by all roommates so I have to disagree with Katelynn on that one. :).
- "The nice calm house meeting that will solve everyones problems instead of making more problems" - I really was shocked how the roommates reacted in this part of the episode. I dont think it was necessary for JD to break the table at all. Not to mention, Breaking and yanking the house phone from Devyn's hands just because she didnt feel comfortable taking part in the house meeting.
- Postive thoughts- I really like the fact that this episode got back to the roommates pursuing their own careers. It was nice to see Ryan actually going out and struggling to get a good start on his real passion. (Correct me if I'm wrong but with the comments from Ryan when I was watching it about filming made me think that THAT was what he really liked)
- It really made me happy to see Sarah teaching her art class. It shows her nice personality is taking effect on other people, in a very positive way. And not the so-called very "mean" side that the boys stated on the Afterworld episode. Overall I liked this episode.
P.S - What is JD pursuing in Brooklyn? Every episode he just fights and argues with everyone and never strives to do ...... anything... Does anyone know what 'career' he was pursuing? If so please tell me.

I didn't think it was necessary either.
His goal was to backstab and talk about the women. To lie and justify what he has done to them and try to "LOOK" like the nice guy who was just fustrated. While befriending the guys in any way possible.

I'm curious, did you read Katelynn's comments above providing some back story to this episode, or are you simply reacting to the clip of her comments was used in the episode.

I noticed that too, he's the only one who hasn't really gone out and done anything yet. I'm not really sure, did he even say what he wanted to do while he was out in Brooklyn in the first episode? I don't really remember anything.

He claimed he came out there to achieve a family he never had. He does dolphin training back in Miami. However, my post above shows was his goal really seemed to be. I don't think he came out for fame of a NY based career. I think he came out to ruffle some peoples feathers.
EDIT: When I say he didn't come out for fame. I mean like in a a new career in modeling, acting or any other NY based career. However, maybe he wanted the fame he would achieve in starting drama and ruffling peoples feathers. He has a job as a dolphin trainer and seems to like his job.

As I recall JD's explanation, he was searching for a "family," but not a NY-based career. He already had the career in Florida. His role in the season was different.

I deffinetly don't think that he went out there for the fame. But I don't think he went out there looking for a fight either, I think it just kinda happened. But by the looks of it he deffinetly hasn't made an effort to apologize.

If he wasn't looking to ruffles peoples feathers mainly the girls. Than he shouldn't have continued to lie, cheat, manipulate and backstab the girls. Katelyn has been on and even she says editing has made him look look tamer than he was. They did him a favor, yet even with that he still looks bad. The red flags should be sticking out at you. If he didn't come out to ruffle feathers he should have thought about his actions and how they could and did negatively affect the others.
