LOL, I stopped keeping track when they moved to Saturdays. But I read that the accomplice was revealed. Whats been going on lately?
Oh no! My Youtube member that posted the Canadian airing of Harper's Island had to take them down!! Boo, I don't want to wait another whole day :(
Muahahaha...too bad :sadwalk:
I swear, it might be the only thing Canada is good for!
What do you mean?
Just found someone that posted episode 12 "Gasp", aka part 1 of the finale. And Oh. My. Gosh! Is it good! Now I need to get my search on and find ep 13/part 2 since that person hasn't posted it yet. If I have to wait until tomorrow to see the rest, at least I have fulfilled half of my Harper's craving/curiosity :)
EDIT: Great success! Found ep 13/part 2 online!! Won't spoil anything, just get excited it will be worth the wait!

Bwhahaha! I knew it all along! But I was hoping it was Madison so they could throw her off a cliff haha jk
Alright, I just finished watching the finale and thought it was amazing. Brutal, but amazing.
I had Henry on my radar since the beginning, so I wasn't shocked, although I will say that the actor who portrays him was top notch. He went from that "lovable guy" to "psychonaught" in 1/100 of a second. There was a switch and then all of a sudden he was a very convincing killer. Even more so than Wakefield himself! It was really ******.
I will add that it was very hard seeing the last few in the entourage die, especially Trish with that look of ultimate betrayal across her face. Very heart wrenching.
It is quite sad this series didn't take off as it was one of the best pieces of television this summer if you are into mystery/murder type shows. Not up to Dexter standards, but good none the less...

Agreed on everything! I also noticed how he very convincingly switched from doting fiance to psycho like that! I knew him from the show "Popular" a while ago, and now in "Ugly Betty" so he had to convince me all the more since I had seen him as the typical nice guy for so long.
I actually found the death of Sully harder to watch than Trish surprisingly. I don't know why, but as soon as he pushed that boat away I knew he was doomed and I didn't want to watch it happen. :( Maybe it was because I caught on to the fascination he had with Abby before so I didn't get completely involved with him and Trish as a couple, but it was brutal for me to see Sully go like that.
I'm sad it won't continue, it would have been nice to have a new murder mystery to look forward to in the summers.
I was kinda pissed that they killed off Trish, although I wasn't surprised that it happened. I figured that if he was the killer, the first murder we'd see him commit would have been Trish. Sully was also sad to see go. I was saving a sliver of hope that they would kill Madison, but I'm glad that they didn't get away with killing Jimmy.

I was sad they killed Trish off as well, but I guess there was no appropriate bookend to finish the story for her after the death of Henry and Abby was clearly going to be the survivor.
I like how they mentioned that a handful of locals survived. Um...where were they this entire time? lol.

I thought that too! Did they not see the fire? Hear he shots? The screams? I think that was the main loose end, especially since Jimmy was with them a lot of the time. I would think he would know some locals were still around, why not take them there, see if they can help at all? Odd.

"Handful of locals"=[strike]Satan's spawn[/strike] Madison's handful=one person=Jimmy.
That's how I looked at it.
Well in the 1st couple of episodes the bar scenes had a lot of people. So much of the show was based at the Candlewick and the Cannery so those handfull of people may have been on the outer coasts, Also I had no idea that Henry, one, was Wakefield's kid and two, he was assisting in the killings.
I agree with Bacchus about having this a mystery / murder series. Although the way it ended it makes me wonder if Jimmy lived and what is Abbey going to do know!? Be commited!

Those are the locals I thought of too. Did they leave when things started happening and Wakefield/Henry didn't care? That's what I am going to assume anyway.
Jimmy lived by the way, he rode away on the boat with Abby. I think we are to assume they end up in a committed relationship since we saw both of the characters profess their love for each other.
Yeah watching Sully go was the hardest for me, I felt so bad for him. Henry, well the actor who played him, (forgot his name) was brilliant.
Just to add in it was also sad watching all the confessionals in the last scene. It was a really good show, too bad no one watched it :(
Well a whole bunch of people left during the period when Madison was kidnapped and maybe the ones left were wussies so they gave a big FU to the cast haha
Henry was a good choice for the killer since so many people trusted him and he turned out to be more wacked out than even Wakefield. It was sad Trish had to get killed off but she made 12 episodes so that's something. Overall the finale was very good but sad because I know it's over for good. Or is it? Mwhahaha :cough:
