Danny and Sandy did great, and they could have easily pulled off the win. I want to see them both back on the next challenge. I've always liked Danny and hes always been in my top 5, but hes defiantly in my top 3 now. I think hes proven that he can compete, losing by about 30 seconds to people who already went in the same exile and beat Darrell, who won Fresh Meat before.
Wow, true colors were shown and I guess Danny is actually a good guy. (at least to his friends) To bad he didn't recieve the same respects from his friend. Hopefully he will eventually win an elimination. The whole time the exile was going I just wanted to from Peter Gabriel "don't give up" it would have fit so well.

Personally, I like Pete a lot after that exile. Danny did well, but if he could have ran it all again, maybe he should have taken Sandy's bag like Pete did with Jillian. Pete is going to be tough if he is on more challenges.
Of course Wes had his reasons, but it was pretty messed up how he handled it.
Wes is getting a lot of praise, but I think he is making a lot of mistakes. He is way to open to everyone. He lost CJs and Landons trust by telling them about Ryan when he really didnt need to.
Also, I was impressed by Pete. A lot of guys like Wes and Noor are getting talked about having weak partners, but Jill is right up there, she has given up twice. And 100 pounds is no joke, especially when you have already ran 5 miles or so with 60 pounds.
I don't think Jill has gave up this time. Pete can say.. "why didnt you just jump on my back?"... but Jill should say.. "Why didnt you just turn the bag around like EVERY OTHER GUY HERE did."
I don't think Jill has gave up this time. Pete can say.. "why didnt you just jump on my back?"... but Jill should say.. "Why didnt you just turn the bag around like EVERY OTHER GUY HERE did."
Yeah I kinda thought the same thing, its debatable, but they did get DQd earlier because she didnt want to get in the water, and she is kinda talking a big game.

Yeah...because jumping on your partner's back worked so well for Wes and Mandi. ;)
I'm really starting to hate Evelyn in this challenge, maybe it's cause I'm used to her being the underdog, but I don't even think it's that. She is never this mean and willing to backstab friends. I remember on The Island she could have taken KellyAnne's key, who she had known for like a few weeks and get a guarantee on the winning boat (even if she made it up later) but now, she is just so flexible on backstabbing someone she met on her first challenge, who picked her and did challenges with her after. Danny even said they all came in with a handshake, even Wes isn't usually this obsessed with power.
Also, even those who think Kenny is not good at challenges have to give him props on this one. Laurel hardly had to do anything, he moved the bag right to her. It would have been hard for Casey to screw that up (assuming she made it to the top)
I will never put Jill in the weak category. Challenge after challenge she does well. That's the reason her competitors always send her in eliminations. I also agree with Insider.
I felt bad for Danny.....BUT with that said...
Take a look at who is left in that alliance. Wes/Mandi, Evelyn/Luke, Landon/Carley, CJ/Sydney, and Danny/Sandy.
Evelyn and Luke already went in the Exile...so take them out of the running for going in. CJ and Sydney went in the Exile (sort of). Landon is the strongest guy there. It basically comes down to either Wes/Mandi or Danny/Sandy. So yeah...Wes is protecting himself. Wouldn't you?
But going on that, Wes does get annoying after a while.
EDIT: I also wanted to mention...yeah CJ's the new guy so it would be the easiest route to send him in. But like Wes said, if they keep using CJ as the scapegoat he will just switch sides. That's 2 votes lost to the alliance and 2 votes gained to Kenny's side. Everyone in the alliance should do their fair share of taking one for the team. Evelyn/Luke and CJ/Sydney (sort of) won their Exiles. Danny/Sandy unfortunately didn't...

I'm pretty sure Wes is the one who threw Danny's name out there first. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Agreed, I don't think Jill gave up... I think her and Pete are a good team. Both have endurance and it helps in an elimination challenge such as this.

CJ and Sydney went in with a guaranteed victory, Katelynn and Brandon even said they wern't competing, it didn't matter who went in. Wes and Mandi or Danny and Sandy would have gone in and it wouldn't have made a difference.

Maybe, but sending in Landon or Ev to take out Pete would really get ride of Kennys only stable ally. By then, it wouldnt matter if one team jumped ship.

Didn't she join with Johnny and the team on the Island and "sold herself to the devil" as she stated to win. She plays to win... I don't think she cares about anyone but Kelly Anne in these challenges and I think we will see that next episode.

She had only known KellyAnne for a few weeks and by now shes been friends with Danny for a few years? Plus KellyAnne already had her key taken by Ryan so it's not like there was anything Evelyn could do to help KellyAnne, she didn't screw anyone over by taking Johnny's boat. Kenny and Johnny screwed Paula over which was expected, but I've never seen Evelyn just throw someone under the bus without second thoughts.

Well, Kenny screwed over Paula to save another friend Johnny.
Wes screwed over Danny to save Ryan. Pretty different in my opinion.

I think you may be underestimating Jill/Pete. The alliance knew if Ev or Landon went there was a possibility both teams could lose to Jill/Pete, because not only did they have the experience, they also took out Darrell/Cara Marie who everyone knew was probably the biggest threat when they where around.

I still don't see this as throwing Danny under the bus. Everyone in the alliance should go in at some point. Everyone complains when all Evan, Kenny, or Johnny do is protect each other and not care about anyone else. What would all of you said had Wes protected Danny and not cared about anyone else?
I am so pissed off after watching this episode - if Pete had not carried Jill's backpack they would NOT have won - fact! I think this is the best that Danny has ever performed on a challenge and I've gotta give him props for that.
Wes is **** - I didn't think anybody could be any lower on my respect meter than Johnny but congrats Wes you made it all the way to the bottom. UGH still steaming over his pompous attitude - if I were Danny I'd turn my back on him after this challenge...he deserves it!
P/S - I don't blame Jenn for wanting to have a little fun - Pete is HOT!!! I say he wins Most Attractive Fresh Meat - ever! He definitely tops Kenny in the looks department (wait, did I just say that??)

Its not that I am underestimating Jill/Pete, but at this point it seems like Wes is playing for 3rd. He has to assume he cant beat either of those teams. And Landon/Carley or CJ/Sydney probably have the best shot at taking one of them out.

I would say that he is doing everything he can to get him and his friends to the final. That is what happened in the ruins, and dont say they threw Johnny under the bus, because that was at a point where one of them had to go into the ruins.
I think Wes just wants to make it to the final. He is smart enough to know that him and Mandi have no chance at winning, and that they can probably only beat Ryan/Theresa in an exile.
What I got from this episode....
Wes is truely an *** and he doesnt even realize it.
I really like Danny. I think he's a pretty cool guy.
I wish the Fresh Meat had more of a say in these challenges, its kind of [strike]annoything[/strike] annoying that they dont.
I dont really like Jenn anymore, I used to love her.
CJ is extremely boring.
I LOVE Carley.
I extremely dislike Jillian and Pete so much. I have never liked Jillian but Pete held himself up so high after beating Danny and Sandy, when he barely beat him and the only reason he did was because of Sandy not Danny. Jillian has just annoyed me with her attitude since Gauntlet 3, and I really hate Frank so shes got a double negative in my book.
Oh and I hate Kenny and Laurel too.

You definitely misread my comment, because I didn't say Kenny threw anyone under the bus. I said people on here complain when all Kenny, Evan, and Johnny do is stick together because they are friends. My point I was trying to make was Wes didn't vote based on friendship, he made the smartest choice for the alliance as a whole -- yet still people ***** about it.

A double negative doesn't that make a positive? So does this in effect mean you like Jillian?

Sydney and CJ haven't exactly earned the right to be called stronger than Danny and Sandy. All they did was go into an exile with a guaranteed victory. And Wes and Evelyn decide to put in Danny, their friend for about 3 or more years over two rookies they've never met before and don't bring much to the alliance. And Danny wasn't even *****ing about going in, all he wanted was to compromise and go against Ryan and Theresa but they didn't even give him that, instead they put him against exile veterans. And Danny still isn't mad at Wes.
