Did the Manhattan movie air on teen nick? I dont see any mention of it on their site and the link above just takes to clips about Boiling Point....

Manhattan is going to air as apart of the Boiling Point .Plus there 4/5 main new characters.

I completely missed this whole last season so I really have some catching up to do. I've been following Degrassi since 'Kids of Degrassi Street' so I've invested far too much time to stop watching now.

Well they did have the "EVERY DEGRASSI EVER MARATHON".....just sayin'

I stayed up till 3 o'clock last night (morning?) watching it...now I'm rehooked. :P

I love Alli!! Yeah the new characters keep confusing me xD Does anyone else think Declan looks, like...I dunno, sinister or evil? o_O Just his appearance gives off that vibe.

Declan is creepier than Jay and reminds me of the guy from twilight.

I meant to tell you guys weeks ago about season 10 but I couldn't log in. But there is also something going on with the Dot this season. If you remember Kimberly from the original Melrose Place then you get my little hint. And Spinner is one of my favorites, so it's annoying for me to see him thrown into this. I don't think Emma or Spinner's personalities seem like they would mesh well. Was Chantay part of the graduating class? She should be totally done by now, right?

I have no idea what grade Chantay is in. And Spinner is one of my favorites as well, I mean they could have at least made her get married to Sean for one last hurrah. Will Spinner and Emma be in the rest of the season?

I have no idea if they will be in the rest of the season. Some people are thinking this is probably the last time we will see the older cast members (Emma, Manny, Jay, and I guess Spinner). I'm not even sure what they are going to do with Danny, Peter, Jane and whoever else graduated. I wonder if they will follow them for a year of college like the last two crews? Chantay was in season four, right? I thought she was along with Darcy. If so, they were both in the ninth grade, because Jay saw Darcy kiss Rick and made a comment about him bothering innocent grade nine girls. Degrassi and Declan are trending on Twitter! Spinner and "boiling point" as well. Degrassi was also trending on Yahoo recently, too.

Spinner,Jay, Manny, Danny, Johnny, Jane and Emma will not appear in Season 10. Sav, Holly J, Anya, Chantay, Fiona(Will return in episode 3/4), Declan(Not Returning To Degrassi but in the show),and Riley are Senior aka Class Of 2009 Eli, Bainca, Drew(All new ) Juniors Alli, Adam(New), Jenna, Claire, KC, Connor and Dave are Sophmores. Peter may or may not return,Chantay was in Grade 8 in season 4 Degrassi used to house 6/7-12 now just 9-12 Eli is supposed to be the new Ellie and Bianca is supposed to be the new Jay,Drew is homophobic and is step-brothers with Adam who is trangenerd female transtioning to male.

[/QUOTE] I finally warmed up to Sean and Emma (I didn't know what he saw in her - back then she was kind of nerdy and awkward looking, just didn't seem to fit him), but I really loved him with Ellie. I know they didn't have the background that Sean/Emma had, but I thought Sean/Ellie should have been acknowledged on the show when Sean came back from Wasaga Beach. I heard there was a mini for them, but I think it should have been in the show. Oh, and thanks Npresh for the info.

I gotta say, I'm just really disappointed with the wrap up for the old characters. It was too rushed.

Me tooo and how many replacements were ushered in 5-7 new characters plus 4-5 old characters would have worked way better.

That was such a...weird, random movie. Spinner and Emma? ***? Whenever they put new characters on the show, I get confused. x_x It took me all the last few days to get used to Declan and Fiona (weird, I keep wanting to call them by their real names, Landon and Victoria).

[/QUOTE] Nope---Danny, Jane, Bruce and Johnny are not in season 10 but Peter is. Also, Chantay should be out of school by now. She was in season 4 which was one year 2004-2005 its so confusing how they split the years.
