As an ex-cast member, I can say that working at Disney is great. I was a parade performer for a few parades at Disneyland and it was honestly the greatest, easiest job I've ever had. However, the horror stories don't come from the job itself but from the other people you work with. I couldn't stand 80% of the cast members. Most of them are the "I don't believe in violence" type but I swear I wanted to beat all of their ****s. The guys are definitely worse than the girls. Eric has it easy with having a career job at one of the biggest companies in the world and doesn't have to deal with petty high school bull**** that exists in the entertainment department.
