I don't think Coral and CT were ever friends but she definitely considered Evan and Kenny friends when they could not wait to get rid of her...
They did her dirty, especially Evan. Karma caught up with them quick tho.
Coral and CT were close off the show for a while. I think going into that season she didn't realize his relationship with Diem would hurt her game with him the way it did. Brad protected Robin but Robin should have been gone way before Coral.
lol Robin DQ'd the mission the guys were trying to throw to put Coral in. Lol. Meanwhile Coral had the best time amongst the girls.
Ball Brawl was what Ev and Casey competed in. Shame that Coral did not try to compete and either win by those terms of not quitting vs Ev in Ball Brawl.
I definitely by now 100 percent hate Beth S. The way she makes it look to the audience watching about how the mean girls treat her and as usual when the going gets tough, she either packs up and leaves with her wet clothers or wins eliminations that can be won depending on her weight but when it's a lubed with oil physical battle she has to quit because morals...

I loved Beth up until Gauntlet 3, she seemed so over it... her inferno 2/gauntlet 2 run was everything to me though.
I wouldn't be mad if the entire cast from season 41 and beyond were only love island contestants. They have a very very large casting pool to choose from. They're young, hot, fit, diverse, authentic, have history, and have personality. It actually makes perfect sense. The Challenge 41: The Next Generatuon hosted by Hilary Duff
Wes was all right in the first Fresh Meat and a tad bit cooler in the Duel but as soon as he appeared in the Ruins and started his lifelong feuds with Bananas and CT, he got worse forever.

I wonder if Noirin could have been made an official castmate since she hung out with the cast of Sydney way more than Shauvon and Ashli. And if so, do not let Ashli be Shauvon's replacement so that Noirin who had a far better storyline of being Isaac's gf at the time.

noirin and Isaac went on celebrity big brother Australia I believe...nothing special
How would have RW Denver Stephen; as in not that Stephen from RW Seattle who slapped Irene; have fared in at least one Challenge? Personally, he could have lasted a few rounds if the team overlooked his seasons' trimming the fat lineup. And he might have lasted a lot more as a Rookie in G3 since Alex was the very first one eliminated and to the end was so boring and even if Alex did other shows, not that by then the fact that Colie and Jenn can attest that he was always a ******** so he might have become another puppet for the JEK alliance *Derrick and Darrell more or less rounded that number in the Ruins*
Cutthroat was trash, as well as Rivals 1 & Exes 1, even on a rewatch just pure garbage.
I agree with Exes 1 and Cutthroat is eh but I have more smoke for the Duel II than Cutthroat.
I agree with Rivals. Duel 2 and Cutthroat are easy to rewatch IMO. Not great seasons but the eliminations were solid, most missions were solid though hate partners on the Duel 2 and there was drama. Not Inferno or Inferno 2 good but rewatchable.
Of course some probably like Rivals 2 and I can't get through 2 episodes of that on a rewatch it's so bad.
The Duel 2 is just boring to me. There are two good eliminations at the start and end of the season, but that's it. CT losing his absolute mind almost feels like its own thing.
Rivals gave me some memorable moments even if I was bored by the end result. I thought was one of the better seasons for cast dynamics and drama. Eliminations were odd, and the dailies were forgettable, but I thought the house drama worked.

My problem with Rivals is I didn't like anybody. Yeah the drama was good, but the PEOPLE involved in the drama turned me off.
Sometimes, I can't with the challenge like I wish some of the challenge girls who think they're just that, should go on Baddies and get ****** up for the one time. Laurel being at the top of that list.
Plus, I believe during this time ILM was airing and that's where all the urban folk was at.

I agree with that and that's how I feel about a lot of seasons, the JEK era especially. A lot of the people then annoy the hell out of me.
In some ways, it makes it easier to remove myself from everything like I can just enjoy Wes and CT go at it because I don't care who comes out on top.
This was a season I liked Cara and Laurel, but the only team I was 100% all in for was Jasmine and Jonna (still one of the best rookie seasons ever).
But, I rarely get my preference for Challenge winners on a season. The last time was CT & Amber, and that was a consolation prize in comparison to Kam and Cory. Even on Rivals I would've settled for Cara and Laurel. On the Duel 2 Landon was the only guy I cared about winning towards the end and I liked Britini but she was only ever going to get second that season.
This show is easier to digest when I have less stake in who is competing.
The Duel 2 is one of my favorite seasons after the golden era. I like lowkey though and the competition was solid. I think Evan winning hurts it for some people and had Landon won it would be looked at more favorably. Kimberly and Brittini did a lot for me that season as well. Kimberly beating Ruthie/Robin and Brittini beating Diem are 3 of my favorite elimination results of all time. Even Aneesa beating Tori was phenomenal. The men at least tried to take out Evan but flopped.
I liked The Duel 2 also tbh. It had a nice mix of new contestants with old school ppl like Mark, Ruthie, Rachel, etc. But the season kinda got stale about halfway in, competitively it was still pretty good tho.
I didnt care for The Duel 2, I only really enjoyed watching Landon & Brittini but maybe I would feel different on a rewatch.
Unpopular opinion: I actually enjoy The Island, and when it comes to storyline, imo it has one of the best storylines in the franchise. The winners outside of Evelyn, arent likeable but the season felt like a true story/movie.
I will say, I wish the Duel 2 had more individual challenges instead of partner challenges. At one point it pretty much felt like a partner season with individual elims. The format also gets boring after a while

I appreciate your confidence.
Not exactly an impressive bar I set.
Would Evelyn still whoop your ***?
What elimination? G3 wouldn't have favored her.

yes to all of this but the name lol

I really wish Trisha had done a challenge.

They should do an all Fresh Meat season, have some actual casting auditions and put them on to compete against each other.
Either that or they should run Spring Break Challenge back.
That was basically World of War or whatever that season was called with have newbies that were one and dones.
I didn't say basically, I said they should actually do it.

The location of Duel 2 saved the season lowkey. If it was somewhere less scenic it'd probably be bottom 5 for me.
This, plus the eliminations being during the day instead of at night made it feel so different
