Nia did not quit the last mission. She was trying her hardest to stand up while having a panic attack up there, but Tj got irritated and rushed her off so she felt the pressure to just jump off. If Tj didn't yell at her, I think she would've eventually stood up after a few more minutes.
That's still called quitting.
More like a forced quit due to production being impatient.
Nobody put a gun to her head and forced her to jump off. She did it herself. Yes, I can understand why she jumped off since she was having a panic attack, but she still CHOSE jump. Therefore, she quit.
It's hard to just stand up right away when you standing in the air with no safety is one of your biggest fears. She was clearly trying. It's not like she was like "nope, I quit!"

Just stop. She quit--there's no excuse. No one else had a problem with the time they were given.

Everyone has bad moments--it happens
Because they don't have a bad fear of heights like she does. All i'm saying is that if TJ didn't say anything she would've eventually stood up.

Why do you keep stating that as if it's a fact? You don't know for certain what she would have done if TJ hadn't said anything because of the simple fact that it didn't happen.
The fact of the situation is Nia got scared because she has a fear of heights and jumped off. In other words, she quit. As I said earlier, I get why she did it. I don't even blame her for quitting because I have a fear of heights too. I would have done the same thing in her situation. But she still chose to quit. It doesn't matter that TJ was telling her to jump off. He didn't push her into the water himself. She made the decision to take his advice and jump off.

Wes is so overrated,it's laughable.People saying he's a genious and a master when it comes to politics have not watched every season he's been on.
I have though. He has his moments on seasons where he hasn't done shit but FM/Duel/Exes 2 he played brilliant games.
This FM being brilliant is just absurd
Duel & Exes 2--absolutely...you want to try to say FM2 then okay
FM was not even close to brilliant
oh yeah I forgot to add FM2 in there and yeah IMO he did. Getting Derrick to go against his alliance was a big move. He got Casey to a ******* final and that says a lot. He dealt with going into several exiles but he made the right moves at the right times.
It wasn't Derrick. It was the first of many stupid Diem decisions over the years. To even say Derrick made that call is beyond laughable. Derrick didn't have balls then (still doesn't)...I don't think he ever made a decision on these shows...not once.
People realizing Casey sucks and keeping her for a final isn't "great strategy"...he eliminated his cast in the process
how is that a stupid decision on Diem's part? ....LOL and no Derrick did make it as well. He knew it was the best decision for his team, he just felt bad about doing it to his boys but the decision was still made by their team. Derrick could have easily said no when Diem brought it up but he didn't. Wes got the idea in both of their heads.
And actually those vets that season were trying to get rid of Casey/Wes the whole season...The never were like lets just take them to the final. Wes brought that idea up to Tina saying lets get the weaker teams to the finals. No one else was trying to do that, they all wanted Wes/Casey gone.

Derrick was surprised that Darrell and Aviv were voted in against Theo and Chanda. He thought it would be Tina and Kenny because Wes was considering backstabbing Tina and Kenny. I'm not sure how it was dumb on Diem's part either. At that point, Derrick and Diem won three challenges in a row and Theo and Chanda were competing very well.
The worst thing that happened that challenge for Derrick and Diem was them not winning the What A Croc challenge and Darrell and Aviv not winning. They were the two best teams left and both lost that challenge at a crucial point of the game and Tina wasted no time pinning them against each other.
And kvm, I rarely disagree with you, but the balance for a taller person to stand on a pedestal high I the air is more difficult than a person with a lower center of balance. Not making an excuse for Nia, I don't like quitters, but panic attacks are common with no safety restraints.

In many situations, pressure can help a person. In others, pressure makes the person feel insecure and embarrassed and it doesn't help. I think Nia would've stood up eventually had TJ not been rushing her. Mind you, we don't know how long she was actually up there, but I think if Jordan had been a little nicer, she could've eventually stood up.
I remember on the Inferno 3 they had the Wrap and Roll challenge and they were 1000 ft in the air. Danny was actually a good partner to Tonya and stayed calm and walked her through her fear. They didn't win obviously, because only one pair actually completed it, but that was a prime definition of a calming partner.

Derrick and Diem were still hoping Wes and Casey would vote in Tina and a Kenny and we're hoping for it. I remember someone posting that if there is a Duel III, they would have the male and female winners choose a guy and girl for the duel. Then the selected guy and girl will choose someone else to face them. I think that'd be a great change.
I think they should drop the couples thing and keep the selection process but have men save men, and women save women. None of that you pick the other sex crap. Let them play their own game to prevent times where the guys want to make a move on one of the stronger guys, but the girls refuse and end up saving who all the guys want out because she knows it's dumb to target strong men who will win challenges and save her. Him going home doesn't help her game, it hurts her game. Just like Rival 2 voting process. Moves can't be made because the opposite gender wants to save their own butt.

I agree. The Men and Women need to play their own games for once.
I personally think Vinny was a decent athlete. T.J. Lavin himself said," Grey team, y'all lost an assett (in reference to Vinny) gained in losing someone (in reference to Shavoun)..." it's just that Vinny was daf and had a terrible temper and personality.
maybe they can try to put Theresa/Cara maria together for a rivals in the future to get them both their first wins since those are probably some of the two best girls at the moment that are win-less
If they do a Rivals 3 they are for sure putting Theresa with Nany no doubt about it. They could do Theresa/Nany and Cara/Camila I'm sure one of those teams could win it.

Lol at Vinny being a huge asset, the dude lost to big easy. Plus they did worse with him than without.

Ms. Fail is done with challenges so we're not going to see her paired with anyone.

There's three people from this season Nany could be paired with. Theresa, Averey, or Nia.
Do Cara and Camila really count as rivals, though? Cara/Emily would be a better match if Emily were to do another one.
ETA- But I'd rather they do a co-ed pairing for the next Rivals.

Nia and Avery need to be paired with each other methinks. Nany could be with Camilla And Cara just needs to not be on.
Nope she got rushed she said she was taller than everyone so it was harder for her.
How bias blinds some from the obvious
Being tall doesn't make it tough to stand
maybe it was just an opportunity for nia to brag about her supermodel long legs
Because they don't have a bad fear of heights like she does. All i'm saying is that if TJ didn't say anything she would've eventually stood up.
You say it like she was standing on the ground... no she had to balance and actually yes it does
Why do you keep stating that as if it's a fact? You don't know for certain what she would have done if TJ hadn't said anything because of the simple fact that it didn't happen.
The fact of the situation is Nia got scared because she has a fear of heights and jumped off. In other words, she quit. As I said earlier, I get why she did it. I don't even blame her for quitting because I have a fear of heights too. I would have done the same thing in her situation. But she still chose to quit. It doesn't matter that TJ was telling her to jump off. He didn't push her into the water himself. She made the decision to take his advice and jump off.

No he wasn't.... Watch the episode. He goes I don't want them to vote Darrell in if we do that and Diem goes would they? and he goes yeah, they would be dumb not to. Derrick knew putting Theo in meant Darrell too.
I actually did watch it recently. Thank you.
Derrick and Diem were still hoping Wes and Casey would vote in Tina and a Kenny and we're hoping for it. They knew Darrell and Aviv were probably going in, but they were hoping Wes would backstab Tina and Kenny. After the Exile deliberation Derrick and Diem were still shocked it was Darrel vs. Theo.
They knew it was going to be Darrel and Aviv the whole time especially Derrick.
I am sure he did, but I am also sure he was holding onto a bit of hope that Wes would turn on Tina and Kenny. Which he should've. I wanted Derrick and Diem to win that season.
I did as well so we can agree on that lol
Unpopular Opinion: Free Agents was one of the best seasons since The Ruins. Cutthroat is a close second.
