Yeah except its a speculation thread, so that we can speculate
You know when the right time to speculate is so that the majority of you don't go crazy and/or off-topic in every possible way? Two, maybe three days before departure when people are giving viable evidence that they will be going on a vacation with an unknown destination for six weeks or so.
Not two months.
I just checked MTV's official Facebook and Twitter timeline - I don't know where y'all are getting those screenshots because I don't see those posts / tweets anywhere.

It looks like they deleted them. They must have figured that information was getting posted here and decided it was better to keep everyone in the dark rather than have all the fans pissed off. :(
It seems like Shane has been tweeting with ChallengeFacts recently too, i hope he was contacted. I hope they can get Coral, it'd be really interesting to see the dynamic between the two of them after so many years.
what's his.twitter name?
Guys, these are tweets/messages from MTV, they get everything wrong. When BMP tweets something regarding the next challenge post it please.
@BunimMurray actually replied to @TMZ, but then they pulled their tweet down at the same time everyone else did.

I hope everything about this is a joke and what's up with #Fresh3 and then theres a tag "Fresh Meat 3" have they seen how horrible Fresh Meat 2 was. You are trying to keep the series alive not drown it! You have one more shot BMP don't make us wait too long or film a ****ty format like Fresh Meat again!
Again, nothing is set in stone about the premiere date until they make a press release or give an announcement. The fact that Bunim Murray and MTV quickly removed their tweets about it premiering in June / July proves that they are still unsure about when it will premiere. A lot can change in the next few months, so before we run around panicking about the premiere date, give it some time.
Shane, Trishelle, Veronica, Kellyanne, and Nany on a challenge(possibly) I'd never thought I'd see that.
Except Veronica said no.
I hope that the #fresh3 hashtag doesn't actually hold to be true..

Maybe "fresh" means there is gonna be a lot of new people! (I'm hoping for Knight, Ryan Leslie, Jemmye, Nany, Dustin Zito, Scott Herman, Pete, Mckenzie, Bronne, and Sahar)
I am watching reruns of "Solitary" on Hulu right now and it occurs to me that it would be fun to see some of the challengers put through that kind of torture. I know it would never happen because The Challenge is focused so much on drama in the house, but I think it would be cool to see some elimination games that are based on mental endurance rather than physical endurance. I would particularly like to see Wes, Johnny, Johanna, and Jenn crack. In case you have never seen "Solitary" and are wondering what the hell I am talking about: one of the "treatments" involved spinning around in a circle on a stool and then arranging colored blocks in a progressively harder sequence, another involved laying on a bed of nails, and the final of the first season was sitting in a box that got smaller and smaller. The only challenge that came close to having eliminations like that is the Inferno 1 (although I may have forgotten some so don't quote me on that).
Wes is actually a very smart person and would excel at a challenge like this. His camera personality and real personality are completely different. He is essentially an actor on the challenges.
Ugh, waiting a year? Ridiculous they might as well just cancel this show. Big Brother only works once a year because its on 3 times a week. The Challenge isnt like that. Airing this show once a year and in the summer is just stupid.
As much as I would LOVE for them to do a South Pole Challenge, I'd guess the logistics and expense would be prohibitive.....but if they did, I bet Molds13 would still spoil the season :)
Also I think CM takes offense to people speculating of her being on the next challenge. It seems like before every challenge when someone brings up her name because she goes and works out or does something for preparing for the next challenge, she freaks out on twitter and says something rude and immature. It usually ends up being true and I dont think she can handle the truth about anything! The girl has issues
On a side note, Susie hinted at doing another show on twitter
Melinda said via twitter she isnt sure if she'll be asked for the next challenge but she hopes so.

Believe what you like. I have never seen any kind of mental toughness or heart from him.
I feel like all the real worlders, road rulers and fresh meat kids are retweeting things their fans said regarding the challenge to make a case to bmp that they should be on the next one. (I'm not really sure how the challenge recruiting works, but just a guess)
Yeah like 4-5 seasons from now, doing the same format twice in a row would be boring. And they need a few challenges in between to get new rivalries.
Yeah. Like who would they use now that would be fresh that they could get? I am sure if they could have gotten better rivals than they did, then we would have seen that already.
I think that the PR team made a mistake and released the information early, which is why they are backtracking. I took this screen shot of their updated press release on Futon Critic and by the time I got back to double check, it had been reverted.

Why would they have a Freshmeat as its last season under contract when those people wouldn't have a fan base and why would they show it only online and drop it into the Olympics taking place? I don't buy that unless the Freshmeat III would be a precursor to the final season which would run later in the year.
"MTV has picked up a 22nd season of the show, Fresh Meat III which will debut in July 2012 and consist of five 20 minute webisodes to be shown exclusively on Hulu Plus."
The phrasing of that statement makes it sound as if the next season is going to be strictly on the internet. I know that's probably not what they intended to have come across, but that's the way I interpreted it.
