I had warned some of you that you might want to erase your words about Naomi's mysterious departure (calling her a quitter) when the season finally aired. Now you understand why. Sometimes where you don't know a damn thing, it's wise just to keep quiet.
Damn. I hope Derrick isn't done. I really enjoyed listening to his podcast and the guests he got on. I always have afterbuzz but I prefer the podcasts with the challengers or people that know them. Brandon's were good but I think he stopped doing them too. Any other suggestions... those are the only ones I ever listened to.
Alex's spreecasts are great [x]. They'll change your perception of people. She's a good interviewer and they're supposed to be interactive so you can ask cast members questions (although I'm never free when she films them, so I'm not sure how it works).
no 1 was asking you. thanks.

My girl Jonna doing the damn thing, super underrated competitor, I saw her pull herself up a bit on Nany... Mmmmmmm good visual.

Finally, Trey and Zach's sexual tension pays off.

The most embarrassing challenge eliminations in history: Johnny vs CT Wes vs Eric Dunbar and Tyrie vs Life

While the girls are fawning over CT, I'm thinking sweet Robb is the hottest guy there. Go Robb.
Y'all are a funny bunch.
Poor Naomi. :( How old is she? I'm lucky as well that I got to spend my father's last night with him. Imagine how bad she would have felt, had she just stuck around on the challenge only to (probably) get eliminated soon after. I'm so glad that she made the decision that she did. :) Also, Dunbar (Dummybear) getting sent home during first guys' elimination... disappointing beyond words. Can't wait for Derek/Rob (or whatever his name is) to go home. Bands always put out albums and have filler songs on them to make up the needed space on the CD. That's all Derek and Rob/b are to this challenge. Amongst others. <3
omg i love watching CT and diem together! there so cute together. Does anyone here know if they are together or not? hes always liking her stuff on IG and there following each other, but CT just started following that Dani Victor girl again.....ewww! and he just tweeted about partying with her ugh! im always gonna be #teamCTandDiem
No, they are not together.
No, they are not together.
Well do you know if Diem is still single? I know earlier you stated that Diem was single before she left for the challenge and was still single after that. However, just recently someone left a comment in the trailer spoilers thread suggesting that she was back with her boyfriend. So I know that I have asked this question before but, does Diem break off her relationships when she leaves for a challenge?

When I saw Diem in NYC late last month, she was single. Your question in bold above is not one I've ever asked Diem, and I doubt I would, since it seems a bit shallow to me; however, in our pending interview with her, I'll try to find a polite way of addressing the subject. I should probably note that from my prior knowledge of Diem, I know absolutely nothing to suggest that she jettisons boyfriends for the purpose of pleasure during challenge down time or for the purpose of making "good" television. She has always spoken highly of her most recent boyfriend. He did not seem like the kind of guy who could not be anything more than supportive of Diem or less interested in the make-believe drama associated with MTV's challenges or their pseudo-character cast members.
Do you get an award when you hit 10K?

Either way, thank you for taking a minute to clear that up. I had the same question. re: the bolded statement, Diem claimed on Afterbuzz that she wished she could say that her scenes were scripted, but that the events involving her are real. I know you want us to think that the CT/Diem drama is pure manipulation, but that's hard to believe when Diem herself denies the possibility of production guiding them to interact a certain way.

No, you have that wrong. I attempt to critically analyze. In this instance, no one asked me. I responded to the very general question placed by a new member in his first post at vevmo. I try to be thorough. What is somewhat unfortunate, is that Diem is talking about some things in other interviews that I'd hoped she would discuss first at vevmo. Unfortunately, we can't compete with the Afterbuzz audience. If there is nothing left to discuss with her, then we'll reevaluate the advisability of the interview moving forward. I'll discuss it with her on Monday. Further, with regard to your comment regarding "make-believe drama associated with MTV's challenges or their pseudo-character cast members," you have taken my words out of context. They should be read as a general reference to her former BF's lack of interest in reality TV, and are not a suggestion that Diem and CT's interaction was scripted. It was not; however, the OTFs, the edit and the general story line create a focus that is not representative of reality in its full context. The is par for the course with reality TV. You focus on what sells, which is why viewers see a disproportionate amount of content with regard to some people more than others. Preston, for example, is not likely to be a ratings winner in any context. He's simply too boring.
