Maybe he's mad his twitter beef didnt get him on the show, whats the deal with Derrick anyways, why dont they invite him back anymore? He used tweet about the show but now he seems like he wants nothing to do with MTV and has used the crossfit thing to make up for it
His wife has a lot to do with his decisions not to be on the challenges any, ore. If you follow him on Twitter you can also tell he really enjoys being a father.
Just too many **** commercials.
For some reason, I had no commercials at all for the full hour. It must have been a glitch but it made the viewing experience much better
Funny that for being "black out drunk" as he claims, Marlon wasn't slurring his words at all, had a clear recollection of what started the fight in his confessional, and was talking coherently with Wes about it in the pool afterwards. Black out drunk is falling asleep on the john like Tyrie. I'd bet anything that Chris was more wasted than Marlon was.
No. I've been blackout drunk and the next day my friends are shocked by it because I act so coherent. I don't slur my words and I'm not sloppy. Everybody's different when super intoxicated.

He has wanted to come back badly since cutthroat but they never invite him. I think something was in the mix for Battle of the Seasons but it fell through. My guess is that he has given up the dream and is following other pursuits. I always wanted to see him come back but it may not be in the cards, especially with cancellation looking over our heads every season.

I heard that he will come back "When The Time Is To Come Back"

The **** does that mean? lol youre sounding like Yoda

Does she really? I thought he was down to do BOTS and during rivals he talked about getting the 4th win with Kenny, as for podcasts I think some cast members may have been too awkward to talk about and maybe he didnt like the hate he got when he says biased stuff. Whatever I find him kind of annoying. Jenn should have come back and did it with Cara Maria, she used to be a regular too but I guess she cant handle the hate either
Jenn stated she was retired from Challenges and that the only person she really stays in any kind of contact with is Paula. She's not too fond of anyone on the Challenges at all.
Does she really?
Yes. The stories are legion...

And just two days ago, Jenn responded to to Jillian on Facebook. That's not exactly staying in contact, but it shows at least a very loose connection.

I'm just repeating what she stated in the video I saw. If things have changed since then, then they have changed.
Personally, I abhor Facebook and still refuse to create an account over there.

And here I am simply providing update.
What the **** happened to Wes? He goes from a dude who doesn't take **** from anyone, defiant, loud, jacked, a dude who gets in Johnny's and Darrell's face on The Ruins, CT's face on The Duel, everyone's face on Fresh Meat, a dude who worked Derrick in Pole Wrestle, a straight bad *** to this scrawny, weak, scared, coward, "CT scares me to death" type of dude. What the ****? Bring the old Wes back.
Wes knows what works for TV. Plus, he's probably tired of going home first lol.
Wes knows what works for TV. Plus, he's probably tired of going home first lol.
Wes also has a different perspective now than he had during his last challenge shot in Thailand. He is bound to be a bit more reflective now about what people say and do on location, both on and off camera. He is a smart guy, (right Wes?)
Dumb format.
Half the teams don't care how they do each episode. No power team means the alliance can run the whole game. If you are going to do pairs, then don't invite weak players like Jasmine, Trichelle, Naomi, and Preston which give their partners no chance at success.

Yeah I think that team fell through on seasons because Road Rules hadn't aired in such a long time that it might cause confusion for younger/newer viewers. He doesn't really fit on a format like Rivals and I doubt his wife would approve of him doing something like Exes. It looks like these pair challenges are what MTV is sticking with, so it will be unlikely for him to return unless they do a Duel 3 (fingers crossed)
Poor dummy bear LOL. I forgot how awful he was at challenges up until now. I feel so bad for Tyrie even if he isn't that much better. Overall an entertaining premiere (I tried to ignore the commercials). Diem looks so **** cute when she's dancing with CT. Memories :(
Aww I know, Diem and CT looked so cute dancing !! Despite whatever people say, I DO NOT believe MTV tells those two to say or act anyway. They do what they want.
Damn. I hope Derrick isn't done. I really enjoyed listening to his podcast and the guests he got on. I always have afterbuzz but I prefer the podcasts with the challengers or people that know them. Brandon's were good but I think he stopped doing them too. Any other suggestions... those are the only ones I ever listened to.
Agreed! I listen/watch the afterbuzz podcasts too! I especially love when they have challenge guests

theres a guy named andrew kirk who does a podcast called 'talking challenge' on blog talk radio, you can google it. they're not that great, but he does have guests from the challenge who provide some interesting insight.
What do you mean by how cheap the season looks?
Idk how to describe it. It looks like it was shot on an iPhone or something.
Idk how to describe it. It looks like it was shot on an iPhone or something.
Hey, come on, I'm mean seriously, that's an HD IPhone!
well according from i heard after wes did rivals 1 he didnt really train that hard for battle of the exes and battle of the seasons 2 i think because of the casting for those challenges and i think he was sort of layed back and eliminated early
also i think he has a business back home so i guess at the time he didnt want to stay that long
Wes knows what works for TV. Plus, he's probably tired of going home first lol.
they want to change the format and theme for rivals 2 lol and the point of the show is rivals from the biggest rivalarys like johnny and frank or ct and wes to the smallest like anastasia and jessica or diem and anessa even thought the smallest ones are not that great

Diem and Aneesa aren't "small" rivals, they left Rivals 2 on worse terms than they started.
Johnny/Frank is not a big rivalry Frank/Dustin is a big rivalry and had Dustin been on this season that would have been a rivalry even bigger then CT/Wes.
One thing I forgot to Metnion.
Did anyone else laugh when Jasmine ran straight into the door? I wish they would show more stuff like that. That was Halarious.
