I think Frank is going to be the new Wes.
I'd rather see Frank be known for being beasted and humiliated by CT worse than Johnny was or be like Adam from Vegas. He would love to be the new Wes I'm sure. But if he turns into the new Bananas I'm probably done with watching Challenges. I have no issue with Sarah (who I love and hope she wins one soon), Tyler, or Paula. I'll admit the latter two are starting to get long in the tooth but I have no issue with them otherwise.

I mean, most want to see people much older than them do challenges. As long as they're in shape and want to do a challenge I don't see a problem. Same with Mark Long who's probably 42 now. If you enjoy something do it.
I'm not a fan but I'm actually over the Frank hate,. Okay we get it, you think he "ruins the show".

Paula would be doing her 10th (and going for the full plaque) which is more than Mark Long has done. The number of people who have done 10 Challenges will be a very select group. Most never do more than 6 Challenges if that at all.

I'd do every challenge I was invited too (assuming the wife would tolerate it) if I were in their shoes. I don't mind seeing the same people over and over again but that could be because I don't watch the RW (haven't in probably a decade or more) and like to get to know these people with multiple challenges.
I think Frank is going to be the new Wes.
Except Wes is a good villain, Frank is a vile human.
I'm not a fan but I'm actually over the Frank hate,.
I think Frank is going to be the new Wes.
more like the new Johnny
It can't really irritate the mods if they don't read this thread. And I kind of hope they don't and that this thread gets ridiculously out of control as it did last season when we agreed not to moderate the thread and it took 116 or so pages before a member said "hey guys, let's try to keep this thread on topic". I personally will not be reading this thread. It's generally full of crap and ridiculous speculations (like "OMG xxx went to the gym they are totes on the next challenge!!!1!") and yes, it does irritate me. Very much. Someone going to the gym isn't valid speculation. Someone saying "hey guys, I'm going out of town for the next 6 weeks or so but feel free to leave a message on my phone!" is valid speculation. The departure date has already been given. Anything stating otherwise is not valid speculation. And I really don't want to get "hey I'm pretty good friends with xx from xx season and they said they're going to be on the next challenge that departs on april 17" messages because that's a load of bull****. I'll be forming my own cast and speculations privately. And I will share those speculations later on, closer to/after departure date once they are more accurate. I have been quite busy in my personal/professional life lately, hence my lack of availability around here, but am trying to get as much info as possible to keep those I view as valued members of Vevmo happy and intrigued.
If its such bull****, you're welcomed to provide thorough information. Such as the date and /or cast. Again not trying to convey rudeness, either.
I'm not a fan but I'm actually over the Frank hate,. Okay we get it, you think he "ruins the show".
JEKDW as well.
I know them both and couldn't disagree more strongly, unless perhaps if the competition involved pole dancing.
Why are you so underestimating Aneesa but giving Evelyn "high marks", kmsl.
Why are you so underestimating Aneesa but giving Evelyn "high marks", kmsl.
V1man's friends/favorites are superior to everyone in life in every aspect and have never done anything wrong in life. The "others" like Aneesa and company just suck at life don't you know.
If its such bull****, you're welcomed to provide thorough information. Such as the date and /or cast. Again not trying to convey rudeness, either.
Has molds ever disappointed concerning thorough information in the past? This sort of thing seems to re-occur with every pre-challenge departure in the last few years I've visited this site, with people expecting Molds to release every possible piece of information before the cast has even departed. Molds releases information when there is proof to back it up, and only when she's confident in it. Absence from social media is a huge factor in aiding with gathering the cast (though not in all cases, but you get the point), which again, happens after departure. All I can say is relax, the information will come when the information is ready to be released.
This list is horrible because johnny, tyler, paula, chet & sarah are mind numbingly dull & to me, painful to watch.

Agreed. Random but, what is going on with St Thomas? Are Laura and Trey broken up and did Trey and Marie make nice? Just curious because I am predicting Marie and Trey will be on the next challenge.
This list is horrible because johnny, tyler, paula, chet & sarah are mind numbingly dull & to me, painful to watch.
If They are all so dull, I really want to know who (on recent challenges) you think are the opposite.
Hi, everyone! I'm new here! I like the rumored cast. I really love CT and Diem, so I'd be happy if they are back. Also, I adore Emily and would love to have her back as well.
V1man's friends/favorites are superior to everyone in life in every aspect and have never done anything wrong in life. By the way, this is one of my favorite shots of Aneesa. She does the red carpet "see-through" look as well as any Hollywood A-Lister.
Yeah, not much left to the imagination there.
Take out the piercings and she's a-one. Also, Euroslavia I am not saying she's wrong but she doesn't necessarily have to say she's the only one who knows or do it privately.
Aneesa could give anyone a run in an elimination round (including the elite) but her track record in finals is what people hold against her.
They're loco. I think it's amazing. People are failing to realize that people can't do Challenges for the rest of their life and eventually new blood has to take over.
I realize this....but for the ones that would interested / available I would rather see them then people like Frank. Like the fact that Rachel, Katie, Derrick, & Darrell were a possibility for last season. I would have much rather of had them there then Fresh Meat or SD.
Don't get me wrong I'm not as concerned with their age. My point was that I'm just keeping in mind how many Challenges they have done already. If Frank ended up doing 24 of them, I wouldn't like it, but if he's willing, why not.
This--what I think people don't understand is that new people need to be broken in WITH old people. If Sydney stays last year and they would have had a Road Rules team instead of a St Thomas team then everything would have been fine as far as the cast went IMO. New blood taking over is fine. People seem to like Emily, Leroy, Nany, Dustin and other newbies but, like psy4potato said, if the vets are WILLING & ABLE then MTV would be wise to include them. I'm not watching for drama (that's why I don't watch the Real World) and I want to get to know the new cast members (I view them just like Fresh Meat) but that doesn't mean I want to see people that want to do challenges that have been doing challenges held out. Hell, if Sarah want to do 20 in a row (if the show lasts that long) then let her. She's there to play the game--not just to pick up an appearance check.
So out of the rumored people, I'm glad to hear about CT, Diem, Nany, Emily, Leroy, and Jonna. Ugh at Johnny, Paula, Tyler, Frank, and Zach. I cannot tolerate any of those people. I'm hoping to see Laurel, Camila, and Nia on this cast.
Laurel has said she has a real job now and no opportunity to take off for so many weeks.
Many, if not most, "real jobs" allow people to take unpaid leave for multiple weeks. Not sure I'm really buying that. I could see Laurel holding out for a challenge she wants to do but I can't imagine that she can't get a month off work. It would essentially be 1-2 weeks unpaid with normal vacation time given at a "real job".

Most "real jobs" you have to build up days to take off. The more time you work the more paid hours off you get. If you try to take unpaid days off for lengthy times you can be fired depending on the policies, which most jobs would or else people could/would take more time off. I'm not sure, but I think this goes along the lines of being an adult and being responsible (sarcasm intended).
So it looks like Joi and Nia are out for this challenge. You can book both girls for a Real World Portland premiere party. If I remember correctly, Laurel was asked and willing to do the challenge BOTS2, but drop the offer then after she heard Big Easy would be one of her partner.
Last I heard, Laurel worked for Budweiser and moved up from being a "party host/alcohol provider" (hence the big white van she drove when she picked up Cara Maria in NYC) to something more corporate.

Not sure where you work but if they don't provide the ability to take a scheduled leave of absence from work I'd be stunned. Look into "LOA" with your employer--they're almost always available and, if not, you would be able to get one if you fought for it. Oh, and most people can't afford to take unpaid leave of absences which is why they don't do it. You're truly not making any sense with this post. I'm a corporate lawyer--I know all about this. If Laurel wanted a month off she could get a month off without any real problems. Now, maybe Laurel wants certain things with this job and she's trying to make a strong impression but your comments are dead wrong. Also, ask any employer if they've fired someone JUST based on absenteeism and how that went in the courts.
If I remember correctly, Laurel was asked and willing to do the challenge BOTS2, but drop the offer then after she heard Big Easy would be one of her partner.
Shallow, much, good for her job. and for us, lol
