People tend to ignore the fact that Laurel definitely wanted Jonna out as early as possible because Jonna was one of the biggest threats to her in a final. Yeah, she's not Aneesa, Cara or Theresa and Laurel wasn't worried about her in an elimination round but she knew she was a threat at the end.
She's like the perfect package for a final (well I don't remember how good she's at swimming) but she has endurance plus she's great at puzzles, plus she weighs like 90 pounds so easy to carry too lol

Laurel said she had no ties to her so she was just up to go not, I see her as a threat. Laurel will say if someone is a threat to her. That's why she sent in Annesa later on instead of Jonna.
I am stating my opinion on Jonna's athleticism on The Challenge just like everyone else is doing. I just have a different opinion. If you don't like my comments you can go ahead and scroll down. It's not that difficult. It actually takes less time and effort to do that then to reply to my comments. You're comments are very childish and inappropriate. I am moving along and would suggest you do the same. Scrolling down is your friend. Bye now. @AlwaysAMess

Honestly, never underestimate the advantage of being able to carry a girl in a final. I still feel bad for Derrick trying to carry Tina on his back.
Cara Z, Roni, Jamie C, Ibis, Katie, Rachel Moyal & Johanna all won final during that era. I'd take Jonna/Nany/Mandi over all of them with the possible exception of Roni/Jamie Chung

Laurel wasn't afraid to go against Jonna. That comment is really laughable. I do agree that Jonna is better than Devyn I forgot about that. But the rest of the girls would demolish her.

No one said the words "afraid of"...Laurel, despite her insane emotions, is strategical. Jonna could be a problem with puzzles and Laurel doesn't have great endurance. Watch Jonna on the mini-final mission during Seasons. Jonna can kill a final. KILL IT. Laurel knew that. Laurel wasn't worried about Jonna in any of the eliminations that season (though Puzzle Pyramid would have been interesting) but she knew she'd be a threat in a final. If you think Jessica is better than you've lost all credibility. It just proves your insanely biased.

I usually agree with you but Aneesa, Theresa, Nany, Camila, Nia were a bigger threat than Jonna in the bigger picture. Jonna doesn't suck at endurance but she's not at Paula's level. As far as puzzles go, I don't see her being any better than Laurel, Devyn or Aneesa.

Oh, we don't disagree...those girls are bigger threats (well, Nany is debatable) but they were also bigger threats to get power. Taking a shot at Jonna is hedging your bets. A shot at someone that could be a threat at the end but is unlikely to really have power to make you pay for sending her in. I'd take Jonna in a puzzle over Devyn for sure...Laurel is debatable. Aneesa is probably slightly better at puzzles.

KVM, I think the strategical aspect of getting Jonna out was that she was one vote against her. Laurel did vote for Jonna when she and Cohutta won the mission. Then Jonna returned the favore and sent her in. Laurel did not view Jonna as a threat in a final, missions, or elimination, but simply as a threat of a vote to herself to be sent into elimination.

Jonna, Nany, Mandi and Averey would have been girls that were consistently making it to the end or close to the end around the time of The Gauntlets through The Ruins. They were just in the wrong era.
And Mandi would likely be a champion. Two time champion, even.

Aneesa is far stronger than Jonna. Aneesa beats most girls on Wrecking Wall. Aneesa also gave Laurel one **** of a run in Oppenheimer. If she had lost to Jessica, LaToya, Nany, Devyn, Jemmye, etc you'd have a point but losing to Aneesa is far from shameful. Jonna's losses are all pretty solid during her challenge run. Jonna is VERY similar to Paula. Only smarter.

Jonna smarter than Paula. Lol. Paula can win a final, Jonna cannot. Nicole R would be closer to a Paula. Anyways we'll have to agree to disagree. It'll just be a lot of back and forth.

I'm not minimizing anything. I think it helped her, since Jonna was not voting with Laurel if she had the chance. Your arguement was that Laurel viewed her as a threat in a final. My arguement was, she was a threat simply because she was not voting for her. Both valid reasons to vote for Laurel. I simply believe, you're just over estimated Jonna intimidation factor as a competitior in FA season.

Jonna smarter than Paula. Lol. Paula can win a final, Jonna cannot. Nicole R would be closer to a Paula. Anyways we'll have to agree to disagree. It'll just be a lot of back and forth.
Paula won a final partnered with Evelyn and Emily S. Jonna would win a final with either one of them. So would pretty much anyone.By "back and forth" you mean you saying idiotic things based on your bias.
Please see Ty and Danny. Thank you. Guess that would fall under idiotic things based on your bias. Next time you're going to throw insults please be specific or else you might make yourself look stupid. I thought we could hold a conversation without being rude. My mistake. Bye now.
I want a female on this show who is feared by all the other girls. Laurel's hitlist and secret journal will never be touched by any other girls attempts to be big and bad
ThatCoralLover wrote:Jonna is a level above Casey. Are you guys serious? On FA she was only better than the girls on her season. Every other girl was better than her.
that was why Laurel wanted Jonna out really bad on FA, cause she sucks, makes sense
Laurel said she had no ties to her so she was just up to go not, I see her as a threat. Laurel will say if someone is a threat to her. That's why she sent in Annesa later on instead of Jonna.
Don't fool yourself. Laurel does nothing without it being part of a bigger plan. Laurel threw in Jonna for the sake of the bigger picture.
If it is about a vote then you send in Emilee or Devyn since you know they're going home. At that point of the game Laurel didn't know all the eliminations were going to be physical.
Emilee was gone after the first time Laurel voted for Jonna. It can very well be that she didn't have any relation with Jonna. Then after Jonna voted for her, Laurel thought to herself, "**** her, I need her out cause she's gonna vote for me if given the chance again." Also at that point, Devyn ousted Theresa as a snake to Laurel, so Laurel thought of Devyn as a trustworthy person. And when Devyn won the trivia challenge, she sent Theresa over Laurel, which is probably why Laurel didn't choose to vote for Devyn at all.Jonna is great. She was a good teammate and a great pair with Nany, but to someone in the Caliber of Laurel and it not being a team challenge, Jonna isn't an asset to have, especially if the votes are not in your favor.
I think that Laurel's decision to throw in Jonna was brilliant and you're minimizing it. Laurel made a move that wouldn't be seen as strong but one that helped her long term. Devyn only sent in Theresa because of Laurel's hitlist. No one would ever send in Devyn--you take her to the final or hope you get to go against her at some point in an elimination
Not at all. Jonna wasn't the same person she was during Free Agents that she was on Rivals or Seasons. Unfortunately Zach ****** her up royally.
Laurel knew that whomever she picked would go against Theresa, Cara Maria, Nia or Emilee. 3 of those 4 are going to beat Jonna in anything physical. And, if she gets lucky, Jonna could beat them in something strategic or mental. It was a great risk for her game.
I find it insane that anyone who watched Jonna compete in the mini-final on Seasons doesn't think she could have put up a similar performance to Nany in the Free Agents final

I don't see Jonna being a threat at the end either. Can she finish a final? Yes. If she gets to a final, most likely she will be in 3rd place. In FA she lost to Aneesa in an elimination that she did already. To me, someone like Paula is a threat if she's at the end.
Danny and Evelyn didn't run a final
Ty sucked ***. If he was average they would have won Exes because he had the best female partner
If you think that Paula didn't have the best female partner in both those seasons then you're a ******* idiot
Jonna eliminating Sarah >>>
Never forget.
When people give out advice they don't follow themselves.....
Don't fool yourself. Laurel does nothing without it being part of a bigger plan. Laurel threw in Jonna for the sake of the bigger picture.

I thought maybe new girls might be afraid of Nicole Z because of her muscular physique. But I guess we'll see.

I need her to come back and win.
