American Horror Story & CSI are still a problems I'm always torn on which to watch first--AHS or the Challenge
Considering AHS has reruns and the Challenge does not, at least during the weekend I suggest you tivo AHS and watch the Challenge. You might miss some goodies tonight.

I'd rather watch AHS tonight and The Challenge tomorrow if I have to--especially if this is a TBC episode which I fully expect it to be
I don't know what JD, Trishelle, or Sam have done to prove they are solid competitors except JD can swim, Trishelle can memorize some shapes if her partner stays under water for minutes at a time, and Sam can swim and run over a girl half her size. It's really hard for me to take this season seriously with at least 7 rookies (1st or 2nd challenge) making the finals. In any normal season, only Frank, Zach, Dustin, Sarah, and maybeee Jonna would have a chance at making a final. Whatever it is what it is I guess.
JD hasn't done a thing wrong this whole season. He's performed well, forgot about Trishelle and Sam. I definitely think Trishelle would have made a final either way and it is blatantly clear that this season has too many rookies, but it's a wonderful change of pace from the vets. We've also gotten great competitors in Frank, Dustin, and CJ. Give me more rookies.

Really hard to judge the rookies as competitors this season IMO
I think that's fair Depending on format Trishelle could make a final as well even though I think she's useless. Someone would have to carry her through a final. Chet possibly could--same with Ashley. I'd be fine with running a final with Jonna, Ashley or Sarah--I think they can all hold their own.
I wouldn't want Jonna or Ashley to be my ONLY partner, but if I were in a final with them on a team that woud be fine. I still don't know about Chet, he's been on 3 seasons and I've yet to see him to anything super impressive except his win vs Brandon/Cara Maria. He's just another solid but not spectacular guy.
SD should go in, to get rid of two people. Brooklyn is my favorite team of the 4, so I hope they pull a W tonight. I'd rather see Jonna/Derek in the final than Trashelle. Just like Brad in Cutthroat and Jen in the last two challenges, you dont want to go into elimination. That's the politics side of the game. If you play politics right, you could easily never go in and get that $$.

I'd rather have Sarah if it was a partner thing but I don't think Jonna or Ashley would hold you back so I'd be okay with them. Chet's far from great but a guy that could make a final depending on format and the cast. I agree he hasn't really done anything overly impressive

Frank practically won a mission for his team and has consistently performed well as has CJ and his elimination against Zach.

That makes it difficult Frank has been consistent throughout. I'll give him that but I still think he has a lot to prove. His social game may be the worst ever as well

We shall see how these kids do on a challenge with JEK, Paula, etc.

I tried to watch the Nets/Knicks game last night but fell asleep after 9. I'm still in my twenties by the way. Secondily, that reminds me of the discussion we had weeks ago about TBC type episodes when it comes to the Challenges. Good times. And yeah I haven't really kept up with AHS but from what I did see of it its not as good as season 1.
This may be one of the few times I'm actually wondering who is going home. Every time I see a promo and then an elimination round I know who's winning based on who's shown in the promos. Excited for tonight :)
These guys are the worst with promos. Why I don't watch them anymore. They ruin the show for me.
These guys are the worst with promos. Why I don't watch them anymore. They ruin the show for me.
That's not reasonable. It's a 15-30 second promo. It's not that bad.
Might as well post the title song in the interim while we wait...
Ha ha classic.
These guys are the worst with promos. Why I don't watch them anymore. They ruin the show for me.
You should have seen when they spoiled the Battle of the Sexes winner in a commercial...during the final episode of Battle of the Sexes
You should have seen when they spoiled the Battle of the Sexes winner in a commercial...during the final episode of Battle of the Sexes
I doubt it. I watched all of it as in BOTS 1 and BOTS 2. As for Rivals which you might mean they spoiled the winner being Evelyn and Paula during an Army commercial.
I doubt it. I watched all of it as in BOTS 1 and BOTS 2. As for Rivals which you might mean they spoiled the winner being Evelyn and Paula during an Army commercial.
No during Battle of the Sexes, they showed some generic MTV commercial which seemed to highlight a bunch of shows and in this commercial, it showed Mark, Colin, and Jamie crossing the finish line. This commercial aired during the original BOTS final. There's also the Inferno 1 reunion commercial which essentially showed Road Rules was gonna win. Point is, they actually didn't do a bad job with this last elimination since I really don't have a clue who sends home the losers
Time to go to Africa.
There's also the Inferno 1 reunion commercial which essentially showed Road Rules was gonna win.
With the Reunion I understand because they are not supposed to show it while the other show is currently airing. But its not that big of a deal.
I had 2 finals last thursday and watched the challenge wednesday night, and I have the same scenario tomorrow and I'm watching again. I don't know what that says about my life.
I love how they say TJ plans the challenges
I had 2 finals last thursday and watched the challenge wednesday night, and I have the same scenario tomorrow and I'm watching again. I don't know what that says about my life.
Its called being dedicated!!
I thought they were playing Party Rock Anthem for a second, then I realized MTV doesn't play recognizable music anymore.
I thought they were playing Party Rock Anthem for a second, then I realized MTV doesn't play recognizable music anymore.
I know right? It's always that unknown ****.
"We're borrowing a little technique from the rednecks"-Classic TJ! LMAO
ha ha oh rednecks
That's not reasonable. It's a 15-30 second promo. It's not that bad.
It's bad when you know that Dustin is going to be there until one of the final 3 episodes because they blatantly show him parachuting or last year when they showed Ty a million times flying through the air up close so you knew he wasn't going anywhere until that happened. When they show people in the finals and stuff its terrible. Find a better way to edit that together.
This one is pretty gnarly...finally.
Yessss. No advantage for 2-person teams here. Gotta pick the best swimmers to be the ones launched into the water (duh), since the 4-wheeler is strong enough to tow the heaviest person.
As usual Dustin makes a big deal out a peanut.
