You are talking about the same Wes who went to twitter and called Laurel fat, ugly, ignorant,*******
You have to realize that Wes was provoked first. Laurel was ****talking him on twitter about his comment about Vinny being lucky he didn't meet him in the alleys.

Asking him if there are alleys in Kansas earns her fat, ugly, and ignorant?
I actually used to both like and respect Wes some until he started trying to act like a pro-wrestler in his interviews talking about how great and successful he always is. I could understand it if he were saying that to other people in the game but when he does it in the interviews it just makes him look bad in my book.
I find it hilarious how offended some of you get.
I'm not offended at all actually...I find it hilarious too...but the part I find hilarious is the disconnect between Johnny Bananas being a misogynist for calling Kellyanne a pill popper and a dumb ***** four years ago, and Wes, who clearly hasn't grown up from his verbally abusing Casey and Johanna days, being able to sit on his high horse and have excuses made for him when he calls Laurel fat and ugly for no reason.
It seems similar to how he's a good guy for only talking **** about Kenny in the interview room and being nice to his face...but Kenny is the bad guy for being nice to Wes's face on the reunion and talking **** on Derrick's show. Let's have the same standard for everyone shall we?

Keep in mind that pro wrestlers are in character as well.
I'm also pretty sure now that this Wes vs Laurel thing on Twitter is them two just messing around.
I am not offended, the problem is that there is a double standard to judge some actions, when Ct, Evan, Johnny, Ty and Kenny do something or talk thrash, everybody jumps in the bandwagon and say that they are jerks, obnoxious, d-bags misogynist, idiots, losers, a***les but when Wes does the same action or something bad there is always a justification, or they come with the excuse that he is playing a character or they put the blame on the edition.

How about the fact that the same people you just mentioned crucify Wes for his actions and act as he's the biggest piece of **** in the world, when they do the exact same things?
Exactly despite they do the same actions there are always excuses and justifications for Wes, in fact you gave already a justification, do you think that claiming Laurel is in love with a rapist and call her ***** it's just mess around

And Wes has never done the same thing. "Johnny is a terrible person...I hate how he plays the game...". Someone must have lost his memory from his time in British Columbia. "Kenny is dumb" "I'm gonna string these people along til I'm done using them and then cut them loose". He's always claiming they're these ********...maybe he should like in the mirror.
We can't control how they all are towards each other. My issue is with other fans of the show excusing actions for one person when another does the exact same thing. I've made it clear that I'm a fan of Kenny and Johnny...but never have I excused either of them for the comments that they've made, poor performances that they've had, or stupid stuff they've done.

Completely agree with you.
I love Wes since Austin I like Kenny. Why is it impossible for anyone to like both. But I will say what I like about Wes is he is alone each challenge so hes like an underdog when JEK has everyone on their side. I think Wes is just more tolerable to me than the other 3.

Kenny and Johnny seem to be cruel for fun and to just be cruel because they dont like someone. I've only seen Wes yell at girls because he was frustrated but apologized after. As for the Laurel thing, she seems to always try and start something, I dont know if she was mocking him or just asking about the alley thing but whatever, its clear they dont really like eachother and she has calls him ugly all the time so I dont think its a big deal if he says it back its not like he's picking on someone that never picks on him. And about the rapist thing, I cant figure out what he meant, I think its some inside joke that we dont know about and I dont think they're being serious because she didnt seem mad or anything. Laurel bickers with Paula the same way but I think Paula actually gets offended lol or it seemed like it when she came back from the challenge. But I dont know if he should have mentioned the rapist thing considering the Tonya thing, is he talking about Evan maybe? I dont know.

I personally don't believe on camera apologies are real apologies no matter what the situation. How is Wes making a joke about Cara Maria's sick horse not a cruel joke? And at the same time I haven't seen Kenny or Johnny making cruel jokes about anyone since the Ruins. They tease people but "cruel"? I don't know about that. If that's bickering then what Kenny and Sarah went through on the Ruins was also bickering as he called her fat and ugly. Sarah even said that Kenny was made to look bad and that she's close with him but the guy still gets **** over it (some deservedly so, friends or not).
And I think it's possible that the "Laurel loves a rapist" thing is in reference to Kenny. There were a lot of dailies from FM2 where there was some weird vibe between the two of them (like the one in his bed) and Laurel said that the tension between Paula and Laurel on Rivals was competition for Kenny's attention. I asked Cara about it on her formspring a while ago...something like if Laurel was interested in him and she said something along the lines of that she wasn't touching that question for fear that Laurel would beat her up.
And to who said it's possible to like them both...I agree. I personally think Wes has his moments when he says some funny stuff and has impressed me on some challenges. At the same time he does some ridiculously dumb stuff and says some awful crap that people insist on sweeping under the rug and saying it's ok when they're quick to crucify others over similar stuff.
Personally I like Wes because he's never really in a position of power. Being able to skip right into the finals because everyone is either your buddy or is scared of you is as lame as it gets in my opinion, and Wes never makes it to the finals without proving himself a few times.
(Disclaimer: my statement above may not actually be true. I haven't seen every season of the Challenge. But for each season I've seen with Wes on it, he's always the one who is dumped on. That's why I root for him, as I did for Katie way back in the days when noone liked her)

Ok Sarah was in love with Kenny so no thats not the same thing I think if Laurel had a crush on Wes and Wes knew I dont think he would be mean to her. and Sarah wasnt mean to Kenny, Laurel kinda is, she wasnt being very hurtful but what kind of repone does she want when she tweets him crap? And she has called him ugly and all that before so I wont make a double standard. Sarah acted like an idiot on the ruins she put up with it because she wanted them to accept her, she even cried because of it. She clearly didnt like it and it made me think Kenny just likes to be mean. I havent seen him act the way Johnny has to Ev and Kelly Anne and I dont think Johnny would have apologized if Ev didnt suddenly have power. As for the Cara Maria stuff, I really dont get why they disliked each other, she was only on 1 ep of FM2 but she said she hated him since FM2?? And no the horse comment wasnt cool but according to Cara she said he's been very nice and playful to her on this one so I think he's sorry and doesnt pick on her anymore. But Ev says Johnny still annoys her and Kenny/Johnny still call her ugly and bad mouth her all the time. And Johnny threatened Jonna to not tell about his hookup, not exactly cruel but sleazy.
I dont think he meant Kenny, I think Laurel/Kenny are not friends anymore. I think its an inside joke, and hopefully he doesnt mean it literally...and I think MTV told the cast not to say anything about that, Evan tweeted about Wes under Mandi's skirt and Wes replied you shouldn't go there or something like that and Evan deleted the tweet.
EDIT: Omg I went on FB and he's talking about Kenny/Evan being rapists!! Guess he was referring to them lol I guess Wes believes the accusations... lol someone needs to put a gag order on him!!! I wonder if he's just saying that because he doesnt like them or does he actually know something either way he shouldnt talk about it, MTV might get mad!
This is why I love players like Leroy, Landon, Cahoutta, Alton, etc... I rarely if ever have to deal with them saying or doing horrible things and I don't have to figure out who's the worst human being of the bunch lol. Anyway, watching that clip just confirmed my suspicions, Wes really needs to get on the cardio.

Really?
I always thought Wes is part of group of cast members who always get the short end of the stick when it comes to doing obnoxious antics. I actually think when CT does something messed up, people are always coming to his defense and trying to justify what he does. But when it comes to Wes, Ty, Johnny and Evan, nobody's trying to hear anything. I actually remember last season when CT was going off on Cara Maria and making her cry, there were a couple of people here coming to his defense saying how much CM is an attention ***** and calling her mellow dramatic. lol. But when Wes poured soda on CM while they were all playing around that night, everyone was on his case. I not saying he's not a **** a couple of times, but when CT was spazzing out on Cara Maria, people were trying to sweep it under the rug talking about "b b but we don't know the whole story and how it started".
Don't get me started on how everyone hates on Ty, even though he's done far less d*****bag moves than CT.
My opinion: Wes is still awesome, and i hope he's on every single challenge from now on. He won't last long anyway, so it'll even out as far as camera time goes.
My opinion: Wes was not sending a message to twitter readers (fans/haters) or to Laurel with his choice of words (rapists). It was intended for a different audience.

HUh?! What do you mean? The message was to be for Evan/Kenny? I just went to FB and he was saying that they're rapists.....yikes I hope MTV/Bunim murray dont ban him or something. I'm thinking he knows something or he could just be hating on them cause he doenst like them.

Why would they ban him? Imagine how sick it would be for them to ban someone for speaking his/her opinion or do anything that would appear to be a threat? Now that would be interesting to expose in court. What Wes has to say may make some uncomfortable, but perhaps it will serve others to speak more openly.
Just remember, I prefaced my prior comment with the words: "My opinion"
I like Wes. There was a time he annoyed me but really, it's just the arrogance, other than that, he has a big mouth but he isn't shady, he'll just tell you straight in the face, and I like honesty.

I know, you can have an opinion like saying I hate so and so because they're ***** but when you say someone is a rapist thats an accusation or its the same thing I dont know but calling someone a rapist is a bit more serious. I thought for legal reasons MTV might say no one can talk about it, because anything can be used against them in court, and he could be questioned now, the lawyers might say what do you actually know. MTV can also say he's making false acusations. This is serious so I dont think people can just say things like that lightly, unless he actually saw something then yeah he should speak up, but in court not on fb.
I was actually shocked that he would actually just say that, no other cast-member has been that direct. They all kept quiet thats why I thought mtv told them to shut up. what he says doesnt make me uncomfortable if it were true but if he doesnt really know and is just guessing then I dont think its smart to say that if they're innocent. But who knows he was there after all, and the people defending Evan/Kenny (Brandon, Mark) were not.

If what you're saying about FB is true then I'm pretty sure he did mean Kenny for the reasons I said. I think that they may not be as close anymore but Laurel tweeted a while ago (after their alleged fight) that she missed Kenny so I doubt they're not friends still. There was a daily from FM about Theresa saying her and Kenny were hookup buddies. That plus the stuff I said before makes me think Wes meant him. And if I were Kenny I'd be pretty pissed...Kenny doesn't really tweet negative stuff about Wes and aside from that one podcast where he was venting about the Rivals final he hasn't really talked **** on him (he even had the opportunity on the pre-game and he really didn't).
Not that he doesn't have the right to if he wants I guess...just seems like an odd time and a bad choice of platform to do it on.

I have absolutely no intention of engaging in any discussion of the ongoing litigation. I'll save my opinions for after the trial.
I will, however, suggest one improvement in your comment. I believe you mean when "one says someone is a racist." The use of the word "you" implies that I was calling someone that in my prior comment. I clearly was not. That is a matter for a court (or courts) to determine.
As for the rest of your comment, I'd simply suggest Googling a few legal concepts.

In a civil case, the burden of proof is "a preponderance of evidence," thus if he is reasonably certain because his personal knowledge or because he was immediately informed by witnesses (exception to the hearsay rule -- Google Federal Rules of Evidence) then he has reached an appropriate legal standard. It was, after all, his toothbrush that apparently was used and then replaced by production. He might be one of the few whose opinion might be valuable. He certainly is someone I'd want deposed.
