I ended up deleting all my recording of the second season. After reading some of the reviews while avoiding spoilers, it seemed to play out in as convoluted a fashion as I suspected.
After finding out who the killer was, I didn't even care. It came over a year too late.
Exactly. I didn't even watch half the season live and caught up in one weekend. And then come to find out, really didn't have to waste my time because half the episodes were pointless and boring.

I'm actually not upset at all for some reason. The show was way too spread out and could have been told in the span of one season. Had they cut it at one season, I think it would have stood a chance for having another "case" for Linden to solve and held onto the viewership it had in the beginning.

Agreed. It was a one season show. The trick ending ticked off half the viewers and they never came back.
In the end, the cancellation is a good thing being that means AMC has resources to put toward another show.
They did stretch it out way too much. I liked the show and the storyline yet I found myself falling asleep every episode. Anyhoo, the Latvian actor that played her partner is SEXY and I hope he finds other work and will be regularly gracing my small screen again ASAP! :)
