seems like the format is vets and rookies can only eliminate vets or rookies of the same gender which is how we got an even vet/rookies distribution in the final (2 VM/RM & 2 VM/RW pairs)

Not to open that can of worms again but I wonder if the reason Turbo isn't following Sydney or Aviv is because Turk public opinion/The Turkish government are generally speaking, pro Palestine, or at least has been very critical of Israel for decades now. And I can see Sydney's loud *** mouth saying some shit that ****** him off. Idk how much Turbo cares about politics though, and given they were partners that may have not been the case. But there was probably a reason he recently followed other girls on the cast and not them. They could have just had a fallout during the final idk just speculating lol. aviv and sydney don't follow him either. Turbo doesn't like many people for the most random reasons so who knows

I can see him and Sydney hating each other no matter what. He's going to hate her attitude and humor and she's the type to intentionally píșś him off even more. Aviv is strange though, everyone loves her and she loves everyone it seems.

I actually think this is somewhat fair, but Turbo doesn't strike me as overly political. I just think he and Sydney didn't mesh and that makes sense.
