I have a friend who asked if me and my boyfriend use condoms he wanted to know cause he has been dating the same guy for 3 months. The answer is obviously no we don't use condoms, but this is about trust. I told him if he feels they are both still seeing other men they should use condoms/prep, but me and my boyfriend are 100% monogamous. I also met my boyfriend when I was on prep so the first like 30 times we had sex I was using prep. I no longer use prep as I no longer need it.
