I mean the vast majority of the non-flagship USA 1 and 2 players just don't fit on the MTV show in any capacity. And half of the rest of the promising talent hates the show and will never do it again lol. Casting was not great and production dropped the ball.
But there are still some hidden gems there! Both Alyssas could fit on another season, Cassidy of course, Chanelle and Justine perhaps deserves another chance, Underwood of course, throw money at Angela...
I really liked Chris. I wish he would come on the flagship. MTV please save the money you would otherwise pay CT and Bananas for an appearance fee and sweeten the deal to get some of these people who have jobs outside of MTV and social media on again.
Call me crazy but I get the vibe 41 is starting in January at the earliest. I just can't see them filming this over the holidays, or filming 41 before 40's reunion. Plus they've got All-Stars 5 filmed, and 40 won't be done airing until January anyway. So they've content that can last them a little bit

Alec is everything The Challenge needs: young, good looking, insanely athletic, social threat, funny, sarcastic, and a massively fun, chaotic strategic wildcard.
Dude was the catalyst for one of the best seasons of Survivor ever, and I'm tired of him not getting the credit for it. David vs Goliath was starting as a boring Pagonging like 75% of the seasons are and Alec took upon himself to blow up his alliance that he hated, betrayed Natalia, and massively shook up the game.
He was heading for a fantastic arc as a Double Agent between the Davids and Goliaths, and it took the Davids coming up with legitimately one of the best strategic moves of all time and blindsiding Alec's ally John which ruined his game. This move allowed Carl power, basically the one person in the game that Alec wasn't working with, and got him voted out way too soon.
Easily one of the biggest prospects for The Challenge to pick up and it should've been done years ago. He walks the walk and talks the talk. His physical game backs up his ego.
I don't think it's controversial to say that Kaleb might be one of the most likable and charismatic people to ever play Survivor. He has charisma for days. He was voted off for being too good at being liked. He also had a decent strategic game and was damn good in challenges. And it wasn't like he went down without a fight. His SITD play was one of the best highlights of the entire new era. He's a super popular, dynamic choice for The Challenge. He's electric on-screen.
The only reason I could see him not debuting on The Challenge is because he's almost certainly a lock for Survivor 50.
