we prob won't get good survivor names for s41. survivor 50 films next summer and anyone who thinks they could be on that won't say yes to this

The only good prospects from recently I see overlapping on The Challenge and Survivor 50 are Q, Dee, Kaleb, and Tiffany. Survivor 50 gonna be filled with players like Maria, Charlie, Emily from 45, Carolyn, Jesse, etc.

i don't see them casting tiffany for the challenge or survivor 50

Really? I feel like her rivalry with Q was basically the story of the season. Plus she's athletic and a POC. And 46 is basically the only fan-beloved season of the new era.

why did they stop casting ninja?

She was too terrible even for Skye.

Would Michele atp choose The Challenge over Survivor?

why did they stop casting ninja?

I think she was one of the 2020 potentially problematic cast members forced to take a break. Since shes a woman that means she's never coming back .

Would Michele atp choose The Challenge over Survivor?

50. She said in an interview she prefers Survivor and it has her heart but The Challenge is more sustainable because she can make a career out of it. So if it's between the 2 she is choosing Survivor, but if Skkkye gave her an ultimatum to that if she turned down The Challenge she could never be cast again, she is choosing The Challenge.

I was hoping USA3 would be a 2 team CBS vs MTV challenge. The MTV cast is starting to age out so getting a new guard in place now is super important.

USA only got like fourteen episodes so it probably would've been only like 28 castmembers but if 41 is CBS vs MTV I think it would absolutely work with 36 castmembers: 18 vs 18.

CBS vs MTV Realistic Cast:

Team CBS:

CBS Men:

Fessy, Josh, Kyland, Chris U., Paulie, Q Burdette (Survivor Rookie), Alec Merlino (Survivor Rookie), Cole Medders (Survivor Rookie), Kaleb Gebrewold (Survivor Rookie)

CBS Women:

Michele, Olivia, Michaela, Cassidy, Justine, Dee Valladares (Survivor Rookie), Sydney Segal (Survivor Rookie), Venus Vafa (Survivor Rookie), Reilly Smedley (BB Rookie)

Alts: Chris Noble (Survivor), Dean Kowalski (Survivor), Tiffany Ervin (Survivor), Lauren O'Connell (Survivor)

Team MTV:

MTV Men:

Bananas, CT, Darrell, Jordan, Cory, Devin, Tony, Leroy, Nehemiah

MTV Women:

Cara, Laurel, Tori, Nia, Nurys, Jonna, Rachel, Amanda, Ashley

Alts: Aviv, Averey, Emily, Kellyanne, Brad, Derek, Mark Long

Btw, we have absolutely no idea how many seasons we have left, could be 10, could be 2. Every season should be a banger from here on out. No more 39's.

You don't need to make big games to play the game. Ryan has always tried to make it far in the game.  As a weak competition he has to play a certain kind of game.

He's never won because he plays a bad game. Has he even run a final?

Yes he made the final on the Island

And as the weakest guy on most of his seasons he's almost always made it far because of his gameplay.   It's the lack of physicality that ends his game. He couldn't handle to weight on FM2, got beat by a bigger guy on G3...its never been his gameplay that ruined his game. FM2 he only saw an elimination because the weakest two teams went in to the last one based on time not a vote.

He has no game. He's just won the girls having fun until the guys need an easy elimination win. He's basically the OG Josh except he doesn't try to be entertaining.

Benefits of my CBS vs MTV format:

Team formats to start always give the most interesting dynamics to build to a more entertaining midgame and endgame.

Forces weak players into early eliminations to "trim the fat" from the teams. Bye bye Aneesa.

Allows for a decent amount of rookie debuts from the most promising feeder shows while still giving Skye an excuse to include most of her favorites.

Would Michele atp choose The Challenge over Survivor?

I don't see her getting called for 50 maybe a availability call at best but I don't see anything more than that

Me either. They're not wasting one of the 8 to 10 female spots on Michele. No way.

I don't get the desire for rookies.  Run the rest of the show with who they have.  Also most here won't like weak players like Amanda being more likely to go home first.  I'm fine with it but very few rookies.

If you expect all aspects of the franchise to be dead in 5 years, sure, go with what you got.

But if you want The Challenge to exist in some capacity post-2025, you need a strong rookie class to be established ASAP.

I think this will become even more obvious as 40 airs. The oldheads are pushing 50, most will not be doing this in 2028. Wes is just the first of the inner circle to see the writing on the wall.

They would probably boot her for a dud look at Game Changers that was a terrible cast.

they just need a solid rotation of vets and mix in a few good rookies each year. And not the kind of rookies we've been getting - most of them are horrible actors who are so far from being authentic it's cringy.  At least the old school cast members still bring some authenticity. The rookies are the reason I stopped caring and watching the series. I still have to finish 38, I don't plan to watch 39 - I don't care about any of them. 40 is the first time I've been excited about the flagship since 30-32.

Wes will be back and I don't believe for a second age matters.  Few of the new people have added anything and the ones that have aren't young.

We won't be getting authentic rookies.  Not young ones.

KVM used to be a much better troll. Now he just intenionally requotes long passages to be annoying.

You're giving me too much credit in thinking I even considered for a second the length of something

Formats that should be considered, in order:

1. Two teams in a Ruins type format.

2. Three teams in a Cutthroat type format.

3. Individual in a Free Agents type format.

4. Individual in a Duel type format.

Formats that need a break:

1. Pairs

2. Pairs

3. Pairs

they can start by not casting people in their 30s and calling them 'the new generation'

it's possible to find authentic younger rookies similar to how the OG's were. but casting needs to look in the right places, AKA places that aren't in social media influencing or randos from across the globe who don't even know what's going on. also, they need to only be casting people below 25. i know people think that gen z is completely PC, fake, and watered down when it comes to media entertainment, but I promise that isn't the case when you actually go out in the real world.

production also needs to give up on trying to find a global audience and stick to just North American demographics.most of the countries where they've been casting rookies from don't even have easy access to The Challenge episodes. Casting from the UK is fine but anything besides that really doesn't make a difference in ratings by a significant margin. Did they really think that hundreds of thousands of Germans would tune in to see Colleen? Like..

tl:dr - get these millenial cringe b¡t¢hḗs OUT and start scouting for normal, working class gen z people if you want this show to last another decade

I don't think the entire generation is fake. I think the ones willing to make this show their life for the next X number of years.  People can't be authentic now because they won't have a career afterwards so we get what we get.  Those already established aren't going to hurt their image further. It is what it is.
