While you're right about OS you're wrong about Cara--she does lack self-worth and confidence. That's why she's been in the relationships that she has been. This doesn't make her a bad person (see Jenna) but just someone that has personal issues that they haven't been able to overcome that allows losers like Abram and Paulie (and Zach) to control them.
You can like someone and admit they're flawed. She's still a great competitor and probably a really good person.
