It wasn't explained on the show, but Laurel was disqualified for breaking the rules. The part where Ninja climbed up after didn't affect the results. This is why TJ says "when the tapes were checked, you did not put all the branches where they belong. So, unfortunatelty for you this ends your time here."

Oh yeah, I def get that Laurel didn't finish correctly, but neither did Ninja technically -- at least until after the horn was blown. The issue is the horn going off signified it was over when it shouldn't have, and is why it's so messy.

Kam and Alicia's rivalry didn't start because of Alicia's claims against Eddie -- it was because Alicia had sex with Eddie after he'd been confirmed a perfect match with Kam on AYTO.
Kam didn't believe Alicia's claims because of that rivalry and she was still friends with Eddie at the time, but I'm think Kam came out later and apologized for not believing her then.
