Thinking about it Jordan has never had to run a final without partners. Not saying he's a fluke but I think that's interesting. I can't recall even ever solving a puzzle entirely on his own.

Almost debated putting Kyland above Derrick because Derrick sucks at puzzles but Kyland hasn't seen a final so I couldn't

Jordan is the most well-rounded of the guys.
If Theo worked on his puzzle skills he stands a chance but depending on how they set things up that might be what kills him.
Johnny seemed like he was struggling on the cardio portion of USA 2 but did fine at the checkpoints.
I think Kyland could be a Darkhorse winner IF he gets there. But, he's not bad at eliminations I think he might pull it off this time.
