the pay structure is (redacted) in my opinion especially for those who have been on MTV shows other than the challenge. for example kailah would be getting paid less than kyle and people who debuted years after her because they've done more flagship seasons when she's done at least like 4-5 spin offs and other shows and those aren't being taken into account
You should pay people their worth. Kayzzz who does anything to benefit the show shouldn't be offered the same as a name that has clout outside of The Challenge like Trishelle.

Eh I kinda get where she's coming from. She debuted over twenty years ago, and recently won another show that got more views than The Challenge gets. Asking for more than 25K seems semi-reasonable.
Trishelle would have showed up and done her performative act. After the backlash she got over nothing on The Traitors she would have been so annoying. She didn't deserve much $! Now Irulan, Cara Z, and Ashli deserved to be PAID!

Trishelle has done 4 seasons. I'm not sure why she expects more than $25k. That seems pretty reasonable for her season count.

most people don't even get base pay for being on competition reality shows mind you. The Challenge only does because it has recurring cast members.

Susie not being cast for this or AS4 is still one of the most baffling decisions made on the show.
