It wasn't about whether he was or wasn't innocent; it was pointing out that there would've been fewer people saying they were intoxicated with no official reports at the time.

No there wouldn't have. Any time anyone crashes late at night alcohol is the first thought. It's why insurance companies obtain recorded statements for any loss happening after midnight even comp losses. His past actions were the only other factor. If you thought I was unfair to him you'd be even more confused if it was Tony for example.

Why should anyone let him "recover in peace" when he scammed people out of money? A person like Nelson who loves to play the victim would of definitely mentioned it if it was someone elses fault and the severity of the crash and no one else being involved it had to be drinking and driving.
